The Curry Chicken was rich and perfectly spiced, and the smoked Red Snapper was absolutely wonderful—flaky, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. “This is a very small stand alone structure (almost like a food truck) outside of the gas station. I went there late last night and got 3 steak tacos with everything that comes on them. They taste amazing and they were filling. I could only eat two. I didn’t get to take a picture because I was starving. I called my order in ahead of time. It took about 10 mins to be made. There were two down sides for me: 1. Their English was not that great and I don’t speak Spanish so it was a little challenging communicating over the phone as well as in person (I’m pretty sure I didn’t get the correct amount of change back but said, oh well, it could be added as a tip). 2. It’s cash only but you don’t know until you get there and see the written sign outside.“

“My husband and i drive here at least once a week from Henryville to get these tasy tacos. They are well worth the trip, and the closest thing we have found to AUTHENTIC MEXICAN street tacos. They are NOT watered down Americanized tacos...so if you want the real deal eat one of these...you won"t be sorry. I will post pics next time we go.“

“We were in Louisville for just a quick trip and our family was looking for a good authentic Mexican place to eat. We were SO GLAD to have found this place! The ambience is amazing and so beautifully decorated. The service was perfect, but the best part of all was THE FOOD. The specials were Caldo de Camaron, Pozole Verde, and Chiles Rellenos all super authentic and tasted just like one would make it at home. The drinks were fantastic, we had agua de horchata and jamaica and both were sooo fresh and tasty. Overall, we were happy that the one place we chose to eat was here!! If you are hesitant to stop by, don’t be, just go!!“

“The folks at Crowler Catering are amazing. I’ve hired them for two events I’ve organized and attended an event just last night that they catered.The food is always very delicious. They created a cocktail just for our event at a past dinner. Everyone there is so easy to work with. From a small catered event to a large festival needing “Thirst Aid” (that’s the name of the converted ambulance they use to serve alcohol at events), I highly recommend Crowler Catering.“

“Best place to go to for Halal food, the owner is the best. They never got my order wrong but one time they did and fixed it for me the very moment. I ordered three philly cheesesteaks 12 inches and got chicken instead of beef and only realized that once i got home, called the owner and he was not hesitant at all in replacing my order! Can say without a doubt, this is one of the best options for Hispanic food.Their tacos are ridiculous, and the burritos are super good.We haven't tried the chuchitos or the empanadas yet, but they're on the list! (They only sell chuchitos Fri-Sun)We've talked with both people in the trailer, they were both super friendly and helpful with menu items. Btw, Xoyita is pronounced "shoy-eat-a".Why they don't have a line down Hurstbourne for miles, is beyond me.“

“10/10 recommend! I fed my face before I fed my phone so unfortunately I didn’t get any pictures. But do yourself a favor and stop if you see this truck out and about! I got the mulitas de pollo and omg… YUM!!! The tortilla/bread was so soft and fresh. The chicken was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Hubby is so basic and got the tacos de asada, but they were delicious too! Tender, flavorful steak! Everything was delicious! We will most definitely be back as I’m looking forward to trying more things on the menu.“

“I have driven by this truck for too long while eating tacos at other taquerias around town and that was a mistake. This place is perfect. While the menu is relatively limited, everything is perfect! This is basically all I can currently think about eating. All the taco options are awesome but do not sleep on the tlayuda or the homemade quesadillas! I fell in love with this type of quesadillas in Mexico and haven't seen them available at any other place locally. And no, not the regular quesadillas, the HOMEMADE ones.“
