This is the second time that we have had a bad experience here so I felt it warranted a review.
They were out of everything that we asked about which was very odd. I wanted a twist cone and they didnt have chocolate soft serve. They said they were completely out of Small milkshakes 🤔 the flavors that said were available as ice cream flavors they were out of. I asked if the season was coming to an end soon or something and the worker just brushed it off and said I hope not. I eventually ordered a small vanilla cone, and it came out as a cup 🤦♀️ and all 4 of our orders were messed up in one way or another which the worker blamed on the register for some reason. The orders also took a really long time to come out. 2 people were standing around while 1 person was doing something.
The staff tonight were either really unfriendly or on something, they were all acting really odd and aloof.
I dont know what is going on with this establishment but this was awful and basically the exact same thing as the last time we went there (I always try to give places a second chance).
I unfortunately do not recommend this place and hope things get fixed by management.

Just went there to try since new owners taken over. A lot of the menu is unavailable, the food was a 2/10, the buns were dried out like hard as a rock and they offered to “throw it in the microwave” to soften them up, the cheese on the cheese fries was rotten (like not edible) and the waitress said “we’ve had several people complain about that” yet is still serving it, my bacon was burnt on my BLT and I didn’t want to bother having it remade after the already awful experience but they insisted and it was still the same. I also paid for extra bacon and she said 3 total pieces of bacon is considered extra they only put 2 on a BLT. We paid $42 for food we didn’t eat, we were still charged for food we sent back and didn’t eat but we just paid and left. Beyond disappointed and still hungry.

I used to love this place, but since new owners took over it, it seems they dont carry half of the things on the menu, and the prices have gone up. The food we ate was not worth the $50 we spent. We could have gone to the roadhouse for that price. This was my gfs first time, and she was not impressed.

You cannot get any better local food in a comfortable environment with amazing service! My little guy ordered a hotdog, I got a ram cheeseburger and my husband got the fish tender dinner and an order of hot pepper bites. No disappointment here! All of it was incredibly fresh and delicious! We will for sure be back to try their pizzas and pulled pork sandwiches!
Absolutely delicious food for an affordable price! The owner himself would give you the shirt off of their back as well! Nothing has come close to Tom's Pizza until this one! You won't be disappointed.

Saw tons of posts about how good the food was and thought we would try it out. Went on a Friday at 6pm just for reference. No one was was there besides us. Ordered a mango milkshake and a hot fudge cake then wanted to just get a slice of pizza but they didn't have it even with it listed on their sign. That was fine we opted for a small pepperoni pizza instead just to try it out. The mango milkshake tasted like plain vanilla, the hot fudge cake was just cake and whipped cream. The cake may have had ice cream on the bottom of the container but when I received it the ice cream was just melted. The pizza was decent but kinda expensive. Overall, it may have been an off day but we will be going to hot diggity dog instead. Cute sitting area outside though.
