“I have eaten at this particular BK restaurant on MLK in Monroe La. only twice . One time before it was about one year ago, and today 2/17/25. Both times the meat on the burger has actually been HOT! The first time I just thought I lucked out, but for it to happen again was a delightful shocker! Hats off to the manager and owner. Someone takes pride in their work. And the cashier was nice, polite and most of all she smiled, looked at us and said THANK YOU. Great job! (This was about 4:30pm)“
