“Been on a plate lunch tour and heard about ZZ’s from one of the foodies blogs. Went today and had smothered beef steak, corn and white beans. The steak was smothered in tons of onions which I love and you could tell the sides were fresh and cooked down properly. Awesome!!!”

“My friends and I visited the RiverFront a Louisiana Grill, Abbeville, LA The air in the restaurant was fresh and cool. No lingering food odors, nothing kills a vibe like walking around smelling like food. It was clean and comfortable inside. I loved the authentic Cajun decor. One of the items on the lunch menu was “shrimp trinity”. What’s that? “Ok I had to ask too” fried shrimp, grilled shrimp and a stuffed shrimp. The trio were cooked to perfection, I savored every bite. Normally I’m not a fan of stuffed shrimp but this was a restaurant first “freshly made” not mass produced pre frozen. The texture and flavor were spot on. While dining we watched as a tug boat ferried along the waterway behind us. I would highly recommend their cuisine to anyone looking for fresh Cajun cooking at a price that didn’t hurt my pocket at all.”

“Cool laid back atmosphere. Everyone treats everyone as if they known you for years. Hardly ever any drama as is the case with many other watering holes. Ice cold beer and good music. Good place to relax and enjoy a few beers or your favorite mixed drink. Very friendly and come as you are type place. It's where friends become family.”

I mean the food is not horrible, it's still good but not as good anymore. I'll still come back tho. The place looks better now that they fixed the front. It always looked nice, but the atmosphere is very nice.”
