“I’ve been a fan of KK’s since it first opened, and the food and service have always been outstanding. Lately, I’ve noticed just how popular it has become—almost every table is full, and for good reason! The gumbo is incredible, with a dark roux that’s absolutely phenomenal. The homemade onion rings are perfectly seasoned, and their breakfast offerings are just as amazing. Don’t get me started on the desserts—they’re to die for. This is Louisiana homestyle comfort food at its finest. The service is always timely, pleasant, and consistently welcoming. I also love the inviting atmosphere and the charming decor on the walls—it really adds to the experience. KK’s is truly a gem!”

The fried egg rolls and rangoon do not taste like some other restaurants who use low quality or over-used oil.

The brown sauce on my chicken with vegetables was savory without being salty. And the sweet and sour shrimp and chicken - the sauce wasn't gelatinous and not sickeningly sweet. It had a very pleasant, subtle fruit flavor.

The portion sizes are perfect- each entree is large enough for 2 meals. In today's economy that is a big factor.

The chicken wings are HUGE and definitely worth trying. They are almost as large as turkey wings - not scrawny meatless bones at all.

“I live in Youngsville. I have diabetes and only have a daiquiri once every 2 or 3 months since being diagnosed but have had an addiction for 30 years. Since the Daiquiri Depot change on 90, I have been driving to Cameron St in Scott to get my fix. Today they weren't open as the hours posted so I drove for nothing. Asked a buddy who works at Dominos where to get a daiquiri in Youngsville; he said next door. I stopped at Jax for the 1st time.... Friendly as All Hell! Purty Bartedresses! Cutest smiles. I ordered a special fixins Daiquiri that only happens 1 of 3 months and they put it together beautifully and mildly sweet as opposed to most others which you can feel rotting your teeth and gut. GREAT Drink! Very fairly priced! Gonna be hard to resist an increased frequency of reacquaintance! Whew Boi!Got a new monkey!!!!!!”

“we often go with a group from late twenties to forties, we enjoy the pool tables and atmosphere, food. Band was good but The DJ this visit Saturday, 22nd sounded too electronic and unrecognizable music, we liked a different one named chad We did decide to leave, but we will revisit again.”

Not crazy about sugar topping on King Cakes & they do the chunky sprinkles that melt into the icing 🤌 Wish I was closer — well maybe…might go into debt trying them all if they were local to me 🤭 Keep up the great work!! 👏 👏”

They were given the wrong order to deliver that was under the same name as ours (honest mistake) but Waitr was not able to go back and get it due to policy. An employee of Yoka drove to our home and delivered our correct food. Food was fresh and delicious!”
