“I love Jersey Mikes! The first time I went here I had gotten a Philly Cheesesteak it is soo addictive! I didn’t think I would like it much at first but I loved it at the first bite! I hate to speak down about subway, but, this is definitely a better upgrade. Better quality, better service, cleaner and better flavor! People are very accommodating here, seem to enjoy working👍🏼“

“Wow, the service was top tier! My husband and I were blown away by the warmth, hospitality, enthusiasm and experience shown by our server, Makiah. She gave us great recommendations for our apps and entrees. She paid special attention to my gluten free preference and made sure that I got exactly what I asked for. She spoke highly about her boss and colleagues. You can tell that she thoroughly enjoys working there. Our dining experience was pleasant all the way throughout. She even gave us a tour of the Blue Room after dinner. Very cool space! We definitely will be back soon. 💛“

“Having moved from Paris to Lafayette, I lived in Lafayette for three years. Now I live in New Orleans, and I swear, I can’t find a Po’Boy here that’s even close to as good as the ones at Chris’. I went to Chris' for three years, happy as could be, and I’d always order the catfish Po’Boy and a cup of gumbo. The whole crew was so dang nice, and I really loved getting to know y’all. And I gotta say, there ain’t a single place in New Orleans that even comes close to Chris’. Y’all were the best, hands down. I sure do miss y’all. God bless y’all. ❤“

“I met my family for lunch today after I had gotten off of work early. The last time I had food at this location (drive thru), there was an issue with it. I waited a while until I returned. The same issue happened again today. The manager, Shawn, immediately came to apologize to me at the table. He had fresh food come out to me super quick. He also returned to check on us, gave us a gift card, and said that he hoped we would return to give this location another chance. A bad situation that was turned into a positive one.. thanks to Shawn for effectively displaying great service recovery! I will definitely be returning!“

The serving should havr been doubled when replacing zucchini for actual noodles. I did not like the sausage in the Cajun pasta but overall it was good. “i went there today and girl on drive thru was very rude i had to keep repeating my order and she didnt let me order it all then said when i wanted a order of chili cheese tots she said i must be confused i have never had that experience in my life of someone being that rude and incompotent in my life they really need to screen who they hire.“

“Food was good enough. When I first drove up to the drive through I didn't hear anything on the speaker or see a working menu light up. So I went to park and pressed the button to order. I pressed the button three times and no sound came through. Screen showed someone would be with me shortly. I waited a while, almost 10 minutes, and saw 2 trucks and a car in line behind me at the drive through. I went back to the drive through and ordered. Got to the window to pay and just mentioned about the parking spot I was in, I think it was #12. Employee looked confused. I repeated it just in case that spot wasn't working so it didn't happen to anyone else and then instead of acknowledging what I experienced the employee said you went through the drive through earlier and drove away when I finally saw you. Like it was my fault? Idk. Food is food. No biggie. Service was not helpful.“
