Mandez’s is where we chose to have a much needed and overdue date night. Our waitress went above and beyond. We ordered the seafood nachos for an appetizer. Amazing! I ordered the crab cake dinner with a side of eggplant fries and a side salad with the pepper jelly vinaigrette. Crab cakes were flaky and cooked to perfection. Mandezs is the best!!! The owners wife is so nice and friendly. We eat here at least twice a week. Do yourself a favor and get the kung fu tuna stack!!!

Based on reviews, Mandez's Seafood Bar & Grill offers amazing food with standout dishes like the pork ribeye, which was juicy and flavorful, and the grilled vegetables and eggplant fries that were absolutely delicious. The shrimp basket is a highlight, with 22 perfectly cooked shrimp, a unique cut of french fries that are crunchy on the outside and tender inside, and very good hushpuppies. The seafood nachos are amazing, and the crab cake dinner features flaky crab cakes cooked to perfection, crispy and not greasy eggplant fries, a fresh side salad with a pepper jelly vinaigrette that has the right amount of zing, and pickled okra. The kung fu stack salad with seared tuna is absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is fantastic and the dining area is small but well laid out. However, customer service can be inconsistent, as one visit noted a drive-thru lady who was not very inviting. Prices were noted as high for a standard dinner. Despite this, the food is incredible and highly recommended.
