This is my favorite restaurant in Lafayette and no other place comes close, it’s no contest. I visit weekly and always get the large oxtail pho with mixed vegetables, tendon, steak, and brisket. It may just be the best pho I’ve ever had and I’ve had some pretty delicious pho everywhere - LA, Philly, New York, Chicago, Miami. The Korean short ribs are very good as well. This could be one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in the US. It is unassuming but the food is well prepared, flavorful without over reliance on salt. Ginger, lemon grass, tangy. If I lived in Lafayette, I’d be there every week.
