Church's Texas Chicken offers flavorful, hot, and fresh food, including delicious biscuits, chicken with dirty rice, and fried okra. Customers have praised the chicken for its quality and seasoning, especially when ordered through Uber Eats, where the food was perfectly prepared. However, some have noted that the staff can be less friendly, with a lack of greetings and kindness, which affects the overall experience. There have been reports of inconsistent food temperatures and quality, and some customers have experienced slow service. One customer mentioned an issue with the order cost, feeling it was too high for the amount received. Despite these concerns, many still enjoy the food and hope the restaurant will improve its customer service and consistency in food preparation. The building structure remains, as some customers miss the location and hope it will reopen. Vegetarian options are available for those who prefer plant-based meals.
