“I met my family for lunch today after I had gotten off of work early. The last time I had food at this location (drive thru), there was an issue with it. I waited a while until I returned. The same issue happened again today. The manager, Shawn, immediately came to apologize to me at the table. He had fresh food come out to me super quick. He also returned to check on us, gave us a gift card, and said that he hoped we would return to give this location another chance. A bad situation that was turned into a positive one.. thanks to Shawn for effectively displaying great service recovery! I will definitely be returning!“

“This is not a place I would normally go because of the area and because of the looks of the building itself. I must say it was very good. We placed a to go order and it was no wait when we got there to pick it up. The chicken tenders were large and crispy and it was temperature hot. In my opinion, it is much better than Canes.

The building is super simple and not a lot happening in the inside. It has a little bench seat to wait but nothing else. It is a to go only place.“

“The #1 on the drive through menu says it comes with a biscuit, but the app doesn't show it. And it doesn't come with the order. When I asked drive through they were nice, but gas lighted me saying the sign did not say it comes with a biscuit.😔“

“Hadnt been to this location in awhile but everything was excellent. Chicken was hot and fresh and the biscuit were amazing...wife got the fried okra and I got the potatoes for our sides. She enjoyed her okra...and I thought the potatoes were ok but they were hot and fresh also. Im just more into a competitors potatoes 😂 Anyways everything was great and man that apple pie! That was better than McDonald's and I have to say competes with Whataburger! The manager and the crew was on point and the manager even helped with the app so I can get my free 2 pc. “We ate here today 3/24/26. Everything was great. Food was hot and fresh. We will definitely be back. We absolutely love this place. However, while we were waiting for our food, two of the workers were arguing very loudly. The male worker was rude to the female worker and she went off on him. Also, ~there is a ceiling tile missing with exposed insulation that needs to be covered ASAP. fiberglass is being blown around the restaurant. ~the drink machine needs some attention. Where they pour the ice in is disgusting 🫣“
