“I met my family for lunch today after I had gotten off of work early. The last time I had food at this location (drive thru), there was an issue with it. I waited a while until I returned. The same issue happened again today. The manager, Shawn, immediately came to apologize to me at the table. He had fresh food come out to me super quick. He also returned to check on us, gave us a gift card, and said that he hoped we would return to give this location another chance. A bad situation that was turned into a positive one.. thanks to Shawn for effectively displaying great service recovery! I will definitely be returning!“

“I had a typical experience at this Chick-fil-A which means it was very good to say the least. Really, other fast food restaurants would be wise to study what they do. It starts with a friendly greeting from the order taker and a polite thank you when you've finished. I rarely hear that at any of the other places. Then next up is the speedy service. By the time we got to our table after picking up napkins and condiments, they arrived with our order. Everything was correct and prepared well. The atmosphere was good and we enjoyed eating in the clean dining area I have nothing negative to say. Real enjoyable and great tasting food.“

I have eaten here since I can remember, before I was able to drive and pick food up myself. It’s a ‘pick up only’ location,
as of typing this review, the area is safe by far. It’s Lafayette. In fact, the north side has more police presence, police stations, and fire trucks than anywhere else in the city. you’d have bad luck here get a headlight citation before anything else on this end, again, it’s pick up only location.. they’re cooking, taking orders chilling and family oriented, not the bubbly experience of a dine-in restaurants. The aesthetics of the area outside isn’t Tier A gorgeous It’s a pass-by location in general. Not much to see here but a handful of houses down s pierce st, some industrial/factory building, and cars flying by.

That said, the fried food is the best in town.

I recommend the chicken tenders. 5pc two sauce 10pc has 4. There’s some charge for extra sauce.

The honey mustard sauce is great as well. Whenever I mention this place to friends, the tenders are always a win.“

“The #1 on the drive through menu says it comes with a biscuit, but the app doesn't show it. And it doesn't come with the order. When I asked drive through they were nice, but gas lighted me saying the sign did not say it comes with a biscuit.😔“

“We ate here today 3/24/26. Everything was great. Food was hot and fresh. We will definitely be back. We absolutely love this place. However, while we were waiting for our food, two of the workers were arguing very loudly. The male worker was rude to the female worker and she went off on him. Also, ~there is a ceiling tile missing with exposed insulation that needs to be covered ASAP. fiberglass is being blown around the restaurant. ~the drink machine needs some attention. Where they pour the ice in is disgusting 🫣“
