“I personally love this cfa they are always so friendly and food is amazing I personally go just for this one employee I see her always working and doing an amazing job in my opinion she has to be one of the best I’ve seen in fast food always so positive always has a smile she makes my day she has redfish brown hair she’s short on the thicker side I think her name starts with an A she’s always moving so i barely see that name tag 😂😭I hope they give my girl a raise bc she is the best 🙌🏾“

“We ate at Chick-fil-A tonight and had a wonderful experience! The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. A very kind young man named Kaydence went out of his way to be so sweet and welcoming to my kids. He was incredibly polite, respectful, and made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you, Kaydence, for making our family's evening a little brighter!“

“I met my family for lunch today after I had gotten off of work early. The last time I had food at this location (drive thru), there was an issue with it. I waited a while until I returned. The same issue happened again today. The manager, Shawn, immediately came to apologize to me at the table. He had fresh food come out to me super quick. He also returned to check on us, gave us a gift card, and said that he hoped we would return to give this location another chance. A bad situation that was turned into a positive one.. thanks to Shawn for effectively displaying great service recovery! I will definitely be returning!“
