We LOVE El Pollo Loco. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch today. The staff was pleasant and the food was prompt. Thank you for the great lunch!
Love the tacos
Could we please finally fix the AC? Food is always good and staff is excellent but the establishment has been without ac in the dining area for months running fans. Also last time we went they were out of chicken and told an hour wait for it?

El Pollo Loco offers delicious food with amazing flavor, served quickly by friendly staff. The menu features great options, including a toppings bar with fresh pico de gallo. Their chicken is consistently well-seasoned and moist, with crunchy skin. While some dishes may be slightly dry, the overall experience is enjoyable and reasonably priced. Customers praise the food, particularly the avocado items and chicken nachos. The salsa bar is a highlight, and the portions, though small for some, are satisfying for most. El Pollo Loco is seen as a consistently better option than other fast-food Mexican restaurants, with high-quality ingredients and value.
