We LOVE El Pollo Loco. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch today. The staff was pleasant and the food was prompt. Thank you for the great lunch!
Got mad at me because I didn't know Pollo Loco meant chicken when I asked if they sold steak lol!! Could add rice and beans to the menu. What in the world is in the original Quesadilla to make it so SPICY!?!? Just hit up the local Mexican joint for the same thing... but with free chips and salsa!!:)
Could we please finally fix the AC? Food is always good and staff is excellent but the establishment has been without ac in the dining area for months running fans. Also last time we went they were out of chicken and told an hour wait for it?
