“I met my family for lunch today after I had gotten off of work early. The last time I had food at this location (drive thru), there was an issue with it. I waited a while until I returned. The same issue happened again today. The manager, Shawn, immediately came to apologize to me at the table. He had fresh food come out to me super quick. He also returned to check on us, gave us a gift card, and said that he hoped we would return to give this location another chance. A bad situation that was turned into a positive one.. thanks to Shawn for effectively displaying great service recovery! I will definitely be returning!“

“I had a typical experience at this Chick-fil-A which means it was very good to say the least. Really, other fast food restaurants would be wise to study what they do. It starts with a friendly greeting from the order taker and a polite thank you when you've finished. I rarely hear that at any of the other places. Then next up is the speedy service. By the time we got to our table after picking up napkins and condiments, they arrived with our order. Everything was correct and prepared well. The atmosphere was good and we enjoyed eating in the clean dining area I have nothing negative to say. Real enjoyable and great tasting food.“

I would love to shine a special light and give a special thanks to Mrs. Moreen who served me tonight. I went in 30 minutes before closing when you lost expect people to be hasty with your order, but she was extremely patient while I chose my sandwich and extremely considerate with suggestions. She asked if I wanted to add any vegtables to be toasted which I did and felt bad for suggesting. She added my oil and vinegar before the rest of my vegtables so I could better taste it throughout my sandwich and finally she told me her name which is a lost practice and made me feel like more than just a customer, but a friend. As a person working in the food service industry and have been for quite a while I know and appreciate good service and I hope that management sees Mrs. Moreen as the diamond she is.“

I was the only one in the restaurant and because my daughter is very busy doesn't communicate well. I don't bring her in a lot of places But because it was empty I thought It would be ok..
Everyone Was nice and I let the front desk Workers know that she doesn't sit still very much. And then I would put her in the corner where she wouldn't bother anyone...
Someone They're with the ability to Control the noise (radio) I can only assume had some kind of knowledge of children that are not "normal"..
Someone turned the radio down and My daughter seemed to settle a bit more..

“For me whenever I would go to a store or fast food joint or a restaurant I have a thing for wanting every interaction with another person to be as positive & entertaining as possible especially in a work setting. If you make someone smile or laugh within seconds of meeting them it's an amazing thing. The weight of the world or any metaphorical expression that would apply here is gone...their worries, doubts, rather or not she'll get the rose tonight in the final episode show of whatever you like to watch I don't know I like documentaries but to each their own I say, if they forgot to turn off etc.....in that briefest of moments it feels like you're not at "work" you know you're at the game with guys realizing the S for LSU was out of place in your shirts off squad ritual or a bon fire with all the familiar faces through the years....it's a form of feeling free that's immeasurable & the beauty of it all is, it's contagious. So to all McDonalds employees that I won't have the opportunity to make lol out loud I'm talking embarrassingly loud you would probably snort involuntarily so maybe it's for the best cause you'll never live that inside work joke I tell you & if I was a regular getting to meet a new cashier everyday....the kiosk doesn't have a sense of humor I've tried it's a hard nut to crack.
