“Well I was there today around 6:00 pm on Monday June 15 th 2026 . I rarely write reviews for businesses because I usually just ‘ vote with my feet ‘ as they say , and just don’t go back to those establishments anymore when it was a problematic event . My visit today to this Popeyes restaurant was Exceptional though , and I am just in Awe and also Floored by the great service and welcoming environment that I received there from the time i walked in to the moment I left . I am a Senior and everything was , Yes Mam , No Mam , thank you Mam , and it left me just beside myself at the friendliness and the efficiency of the whole crew , not to mention the respectfulness of them all . I also think I’m so blown away by it because good customer service has just about gone by the wayside now , ( I experience it a lot ) but not at this establishment , and so I am grateful to have witnessed and received this great customer service today ! May God bless you all for this , and keep up the good work please .“

“My wife brought me to this location a few weeks ago. She grew up in this town and her family members worked at this location when she was a child so lots of good memories here for her. A nice, simple tradition to continue with our daughter. Food was hot, service was great, drive thru was clean. Highly recommend.“

“Delicious food, friendly service! I try something new each time and love it. My family loves it also. Mama’s is so nostalgic to me as my grandfather part-owned the Eunice location when I was a kid. So happy to have a piece of my childhood in my own hometown now.“

“Chicken is still pretty good, but definitely gone downhill since they opened. Service is always good and Togo orders are always right. Tea is always good. Get yourself an extra canes sauce, it’s worth it.

Parking: Careful where you park when it’s busy the drive thru line gets long“

“I love this place so much! Me and my family come here often. They make their own seasoning, it’s my favorite thing about this place, it has a little kick but doesn’t last for too long. I highly recommend their catfish poboys and Mediterranean pasta! And I also love their homemade ice cream, it’s old fashioned, very creamy and satisfies your sweet tooth. It’s a quaint place to hang around at, they always have beautiful flower beds!!❤️😄“

“Very good service, Fast and friendly! Very clean dining area. The chicken tenders melting your mouth! Served Hot! It's a rarity to get quality service. I've tried other food services it's a hit or miss. This is my 3rd time in a month and all 3 where outstanding! “This was my first time at this particular McDonald's. The crew back seemed really busy. But they were hustling. I would of gave them 5 stars but the few tables in the dining room were dirty. My food was hot and fresh and service was awesome!! I'll be coming back, but this time to go.“

But a couple weeks ago I tried a bite of my husband's qpc and it was the freshest, juicy burger ive eaten from a fast food restaurant tonight I had that craving and gave it another shot. “This is generally a decent enough place for me. I've been in love with their manager for months and I know I would never have a shot with her. But her smile and her eyes have me so enchanted and when I could make her laugh it always lit up my otherwise miserable life. But I'm nothing more than just another customer to her. “Me , personally have never had a issue with getting food from this location. My wife always orders online and then I go there for the estimated time and its always ready, fresh. Not once have we received a wrong order or even grease soaked pizza lol. The only thing I can say that needs some adjustments is to confirm the pizza slice is cut all the way through and that the green pepper added be a little more juicy lol. But other then that its been nothing but polite and great service.“

“I picked up a pizza from the restaurant on S Lewis Street in New Iberia, LA. It was very good. I had asked for substitutions between tomatoes to mushrooms. They were able to do this without a problem.
