“This place is the one I like best. I visit a lot of restaurants but to this place I constantly return again and again. The stuff is very affectionate and the cuisine they cook is so flavorful. “My wife brought me to this location a few weeks ago. She grew up in this town and her family members worked at this location when she was a child so lots of good memories here for her. “I tried the hot dog my wife & i & yes they are exceptional good the chill was awesome & The Lejeune Buns are a key success for hot dogs. The kicker on the hot dogs is they put plenty of chill you don’t have to ask for extra chill when you phone in your order. This was Tuesday so I said today I try the cheeseburger & fries & a medium drink it was awesome also they make their own meat patties it’s not a patty like Burger King ships in . The Price was good also this combo was $11.31 . I am from New Iberia & I will be back. The service was 15 minutes or less & the employee was nice at the window.“
“Food is always fantastic and the service is excellent! I love that they always have nice dog treats on hand to give to our pups (who LOVE to go through their drive through!) The shrimp po-boys are one of our favorite “comfort meals” and while the line can be very long when they have dinner specials (!!), it is always worth it. Snowballs are good, too! The “frequent customer” program could use some tweaks; some employees seem unfamiliar that it even exists and while I have signed up for it, using it is problematic. Very small complaint though for an otherwise fabulous little place to get food from!“
“We had dinner with our two girls and they had so much fun! The crawfish were on point and the waitress/bartender were helpful and sweet! It is a bar so there was a man swaying passing our table. We may go earlier in the day next time. We will be making this a regular spot from now on!Kid-friendliness: My 8 year old and 16 year old both had fun! I was able to teach them how to play pool and my 8 year old danced her heart out without anyone getting upset.“
“One of THE BEST Cheeseburgers I've ever had! They cook your hamburger patty how you ask (Rare, Medium, Well Done). Plus, you can add all kinds of things to it. Their prices are very comparable to the "other" burger places. Also, their Garlic Fries are delicious!!“
“Stopped in with less than 30 minutes to close for lunch. Found a nice selection of meats and vegetables on the steam table. Picked the baked chicken plus greens, mixed vegetables, and rice dressing. They add dinner roll. Chicken fell off the bone tender, and they gave me enough for two people so I ate half and two sides. Saved the rest for later.Locally owned restaurant food is so much better than the franchise stuff. You just have to look outside the high rent strip mall areas.“
“Great burgers, po-boys, fries, etc. We have only eaten in once and while not fancy, it was clean. The night we went they were very busy, but no complaints on service. Typically, we pick up to eat at home or to grab lunch at work. The po-boys are very filling and a half with some fries with fill most people up for lunch. The club po-boy is especially good. The cold cuts on that crispy bread is a great combo.“

I ordered a double cheeseburger (not understanding how large it would be) and eggplant fries, and my husband got the fried fish poboy with waffle fries. It has been a very, very long time since we've gone to a place that primarily does lunch and walked away feeling so full and satisfied. The portions are excellent, the meat for both entrees was juicy and moist, and the vegetables all around were fresh and flavorful. Fries were hot and made on the spot. I have lived in the Lafayette area for years, and I'm convinced that this the burger I ate today is the best of the greater Lafayette area hands-down. This is absolutely the local jewel of Broussard that doesn't get enough reconigition.“

“Great service here! They made sure everything in my order was right-down to no salt on my burger. I customized my burger and every little thing was right. Included all the sauces i asked for in a little baggie-not thrown inside the fry container(my pet peeve). I got a thank you with a smile as well. Couldn’t ask for more!“

“So this is one of those sweet little places that get driven by if your not looking for it. I ordered the hamburger and onion rings. The hamburger was real hamburger meat not something that is from a food truck. The onion rings was delicious and perfectly cooked. They season perfectly so you can actually taste the food. It was so amazing and very reasonably priced. I will definitely pay more attention to places from now on. They did have the best burger I have ever had.“
