“The food was amazing! I highly recommend the meatball stew and all of their meals of the day. The service was impeccable, just what you'd expect in South Louisiana, service with love and full attention. The atmosphere, well let's just say I felt like I was taken back to family gatherings at my grandparents home, sitting around tables, enjoying conversation and fellowship with all the folks in there!“
“I love this DQ! It's not a full menu location, but they do have chilli dogs and pretzel sticks if you're looking for more than just ice cream and Blizzards.I came here with 2 adult friends and a 3 year old a couple weeks ago. The lady serving us went above and beyond to make it a nice experience. She was extremely diligent about confirming order accuracy, and she even came back to check if we wanted our pretzel sticks salted or not since they were for the toddler.There's no indoor seating here, but they do have a small outdoor covered area with lighting and a couple picnic tables.“
“Love's OPELOUSAS LOCATION ONLY. I've never had Hardee's before. I checked out the menu and couldn't decide between 2 options. The Mushroom Swiss burger and/or the Hot Ham Sammy... The Honey working the register (very proffesional and customer service oriented lady with Spring themed nails) at the register noticed my conundrum, so I asked her "which" she made her recommendation. I got the Hot Ham. I very seriously asked if their fries were good. (French fry people know) Homegirl said "I'm going to make you some fresh, so good!" Oh.my.Lort. That sandwich was perfection... warm, melty, gooey, fresh ham, super thinly sliced and packed high with oozy cheese. The fries!!! Thin, skins on ends, FRESHLY fried, crispy goodness. I had low expectations TBH. Food was awesome. Customer Service was better! We JUST got a Chick-fil-A and while their customer service is legendary, this crew at Hardee's have them beat!“
“I ordered my food about 45 minutes to their closing time and I can say I received quality customer service just as good as if it was the start of their shift. The person who took my order at the intercom greeted me and spoke to me professionally and he didn’t try and rush me to place my order. The carhop who brought my food to me was friendly and professional. My food was hot and freshly made and neatly prepared. My drink was made exactly how I like it. This was just top tier service. In this generation it is hard to go to fast food restaurants where you get good customer service along with quality prepared food. I received both this evening. I like to commend great customer service especially when I know what that looks like being the Sonic was my first job as a young adult. Thank you night crew for all your hard work. “I took one star off service because they don't do a very good job of calling out customers' names when their order is ready. In fact, they had to remake our order because someone else picked it up and got a free meal because I wasn't standing at the counter waiting for them to hand me my order. Also, there is no trash can in the bathroom to put the paper towels in. Otherwise, I am pleased with everything about this location. The restaurant is clean and the food is up to Wendy's standards.“
“Great breakfast experience. They were busy but my order was prepared quickly and hash browns were fresh, sandwiches hot.Wheelchair accessibility: Building was recently renovated, parking lot in good condition with lots of handicap spaces, and building is easy to get into.“

“Don't let this place fool you with outdated interior. It is clean, inviting and absolutely good food. I am not normally a fried chicken guy but this place has it down. The rice dressing or fries or burgers exceed expectations. If I lived closer, there is no doubt I would be 85 pounds heavier. Do yourself a favor and give it a shot. Awesomeness“
“The McDonald's in Grand Coteau La is probably the best in the Opelousas and Lafayette area. Not only does the line keep moving, but the staff is curtious and the food hot and fresh! Our orders have also this far been spot on as well! I'm not crazy about the parking, but great customer service and food on the go make up for it!“
“We were traveling through and stopped in. OMG! The food was SO DELICIOUS! This is my very first time having a boudin, they had several different varieties. We had the jalapeno pepper cream cheese stuffed fried boudin. 5 stars. The BBQ sauce on the pork sausage po boy was outstanding and all the staff was so patient with me ordering and asking questions.“
