“Several of us were at an energy industry field location a few miles from Eunice. In order to save time, they had lunches brought in from Cajun Station. I had the grilled shrimp wrap with chipotle sauce and banana peppers, and the cole slaw. Both were really quite good. The others had a variety of things and everybody seemed to like what they had. You can get a very nice lunch for about $10. It was a good choice.“
“I love our hometown Burger King in Eunice, Louisiana.When we drive up to the speakers to place our order, the guy that takes the orders, knows what we want to order, before we even tell him,(I guess we eat too much fast food).The BK burgers are so delicious!“

“I don't normally eat at Dairy Queen in Eunice because it needs to be upgraded badly,but I wanted a cotton candy blizzard. I had never actually eaten food from Dairy Queen but The food was on point! It was pretty good,good portion size and the Blizzard was deliciousParking: The building itself is small. It's drive through still has a rubber hose that your car has to pass over to get their attention. The speakers are extremely statically. They had 3 cars in the drive through and only like 3 parking spaces in the small parking lot so I went inside. It's small inside as well but was received with a welcome,served with a smile. I will go back again“
“Great team work they displayed. However I gotta give the bad too. Was short 1 chicken nugget (kids 4pc). Also waited an extremely long time in dining area for the said nuggets. Now in their defense it was rite at lunch time so please consider this.“
“We were passing through last night and our kids wanted ice cream so we stopped and got ice cream and snacks. We ran into a bit of a hiccup, they were out of something we ordered and we did wait a little long for everything. Because we waited so long, the manager came out to our car and refunded our entire order. Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days. We weren't angry or impatient, we didn't even remark on the time it was taking to anyone. Sometimes things happen and we are understanding of that. But he took the time to notice what was happening and was so kind. Our car hop was also so sweet. I wish I had gotten their names but I hopefully they'll see this and know that we appreciate their kindness and hard work! The food was perfectly prepared, delicious and hot.“
“We happened upon Deedy’s for dinner having just rolled into Louisiana and wanted something authentic.If you want the kind of food that you’d get from someone who really loves you, this is the place to be. Nothing fancy but a huge helping of really solid food.I had the rice & beans with pork chops along with a side of yams or sweet potatoes. My gosh, this was a monster meal. A big, big deep-fried pork chops and legit rice & beans. Lots and lots of rice & beans. Good rice and beans.But those sweet potatoes. These is the kind of dish where everybody at the church picnic makes sure that Deedy is going to be there and is going to bring lots of those incredible sweet potatoes and they’re going to be the first thing everybody goes for. And I’m not a huge sweet potato fan, but these things are a-maze-ing.My wife had the shrimp po’boy sandwich and really enjoyed that too.This place isn’t fancy and it’s like eating at your aunt’s house in that it’s casual and down home. The food is legit and the people are just friendly, especially Deedy. She cares and it shows and she has every right to be proud of what comes out of the kitchen.And I can’t wait to go back. And get a lot of that down home cooking.To explain the atmosphere it's not anything fancy but that's part of what makes this place so special. It's like being in one of your favorite aunt's home.“
