Went 3 times now hoping it would be better, but 3 times was the charm and it's a hard No for me. Sunday shift is surely something. Service is at a 45% food at a 45. The girl at the window actually refused to talk to me after she forgot salad items, kid meal items and we ended up just having to go in. I think I'm done. I give them 2 stars, but only based of off Sunday service. I can't rate for any other day.
The person on the microphone was super nice & friendly. Someone, apparently from the kitchen, kept cutting in and talking over her. Interrupted her several times, practically shouting. Fussing about 5 minutes for chicken, changed our order, “well you still have to wait for Hess” -which we didn’t order. She was rude & obnoxious. Came to window and shouted to see if we had sausage. Told her no. Slammed window on our face and walked off to the third car being parked to wait....read full review
