“The Chick-Fil-A in Opelousas, LA is the ONLY Chick-fil-A I’ve ever visited that lives up to its reputation.
The staff is friendly, attentive, and all smiles from the start to finish. My orders are always correct, hot, and served to me quickly. The location appears to be clean and well trained. I’ve never been impressed by Chick-fil-A until stopping in Opelousas.“

“I absolutely love the chocolate and strawberry milkshake with whipped cream on top. And they open 24 hours so I can stop by and get me a milkshake even if it's 3 am. Employees are always friendly. When you oder a burger you do have to wait a Lil while bc they cook to order, so burger is freshly cooked and ? hot (temperature wise.)“

“Building is severely dated and omg needs a cleaning .. hell I would tear it down and build new but that's just me I mean why give people that eat fried chicken a nice place to sit and eat it anyway, right .. the building and employees make your money why not re-invest in your investment .. o that's right cause the money should be yours to spend on yourself not the people and things that keep your money coming in ..“

“I went to McDonald's yesterday morning for coffee as I often do. I was very pleasantly surprised at the young man who took my order, he was very polite and courteous. It is rare to find people like this anymore. Although I did not get his name, I will make it a point to , next time I visit for my morning coffee fix. He deserves recognition by the company for sure. I actually made a post about him yesterday on my facebook page and found out there are many of my friends who have encountered this young man and feel the same as I do.“

Vegetarian options: U can order any menu item and we can make it vegan.
Dietary restrictions: We actually list the dietary amounts.
Parking: Parking lot is big and wraps all the way around the building.
Kid-friendliness: We have a special area withe tots and tables set up with games
Wheelchair accessibility: Door space is wide enough and all sidewalks have long ramps made for wheelchairs.“

“Great service! This is the only location that has ever told me use the kiosk to order if I want to or they will be with me shortly to take my order. This speaks volumes on today's world. I usually get told I have to order on kiosk or they won't serve me.... Great job at this location.“
