We had a great experience with Ruby's! We contacted Mark about a month or two before our wedding, so that we could organize the catering. They were friendly and patient with our many requests, and were able to accommodate almost all of them.On the day of our wedding they came down to boil on site and we had the most fantastic time in part thanks to them.Of course, having them come out on site costed a little extra but it was well worth it. The staff were very friendly and courteous! As far as the crawfish, I only have two words; Cest Bon! They were very delicious! Perfectly seasoned and not too spicy. Very good price I might add! I will definitely be frequenting Ruby's for the duration of the crawfish season! ???
