This has become one of my favorite places to eat in the morning. First off, the donuts are the best, in my opinion, in Opelousas. I tried 2 other places and the donuts ate too sugary and doesn't have that softness as Sonyas donuts. It literally melts in your mouth... My favorite is the shrimp,eggs, and rice. It's the best eggs and rice I've ever eaten. 😋 I was very surprised at the amount you get for the price. I can feed almost 3 adults... This place definitely deserves...read full review
Food good but it's the wait that gets me instead of parking cars with large orders or something they gotta cook they make you wait in the line food is excellent but managing and business operations is poor I should not have to wait in line for 30 minutes for a donut

Sonya's Donuts & Deli is a hard-working and friendly spot with the best donuts and breakfast. Customers love stopping by the drive-thru for a box of heaven. The rice and egg with bacon is a popular choice for breakfast. While the inside is still closed due to COVID, the drive-thru can get busy, but it's worth the wait for the delicious food.
