Food was AMAZING! Drinks were perfect and the staff was delightful from the time we walked in til the time we left. They interacted with my kids like they were talking with their own kids. We have found a new local spot for the days when we don't feel like cooking and want an amazing
Very nice atmosphere. Steak fajitas was dry and not seasoned, but shrimp, guacamole and salsa were very tasty. Servers are too busy with cell phones, so you may not see them for long time. We will come back to give it another try, but Mexican restaurant at Ville Platte is so much better so it’s difficult to compare.

For Opelousas, this place is great! This was a well-kept secret for a while with Pedro's and LA Hacienda being the most popular! But I promise you, El Potro is pir new go to restaurant when we're hungry for Hispanic dishes!Vegetarian options: I eat meat but do prefer time to time all vegetable plates. They have an entire section of the menu dedicated to vegetarian options! I order the poblano peppers often! Great food here!
