I'm a local regular. I visit about once a week, sometimes twice. Used to visit almost every day. But my last few visits has been disappointing. My favorite waitress isn't there any more. I wish they would call her up and re-hire her. I used to look forward to seeing her, now I don't have that.
Delicious, nice Nice waitress, and fast service considering they were super busy. The only thing I didn’t like was the sink in front of the bar because they were so busy they had to wash dishes while I was eating in a few times soapy water splashed on the counter
Food was great. Our server forgot to bring our waffles out so she poured a waffle and said it would be ready in a couple of minutes then walked off. Not a single employee was visible for quite a while and the beeper was going off for my waffle but nobody came out. A black employee just coming in to start her shift or had been on lunch break walks in and talks to the black man sitting there but never acknowledged us white folk. The over medium eggs were cooked well, but there were mixed reviews about the portion sizes of scrambled eggs. The friendly servers, including Kim, the cook, and Sarah, went above and beyond, providing excellent customer service that many described as refreshing after a long day. This Waffle House location provided a great experience, ensuring many customers will return.
