I’m giving this place a five because of the food. If you want to taste what authentic Louisiana boudin tastes like, THIS. IS. THE. PLACE. They set the mark, and create the standard for what this classic Cajun cuisine is supposed to taste like. This place is Boudin magic. I’ve never in 53 years had better boudin. It’s so incredibly good, I go out of my way to get my boudin here, and often bring it home to my family and friends in Texas. Love it!!’

The only reason I’m not giving them a 5 is because the employees could do just a bit better job of greeting and explaining things to customers who may have never been there before.With that being said, my mom and I stopped in by chance on a weekend road trip and grabbed some boudin balls and a crawfish pie for lunch.
