“Well I was there today around 6:00 pm on Monday June 15 th 2026 . I rarely write reviews for businesses because I usually just ‘ vote with my feet ‘ as they say , and just don’t go back to those establishments anymore when it was a problematic event . My visit today to this Popeyes restaurant was Exceptional though , and I am just in Awe and also Floored by the great service and welcoming environment that I received there from the time i walked in to the moment I left . I am a Senior and everything was , Yes Mam , No Mam , thank you Mam , and it left me just beside myself at the friendliness and the efficiency of the whole crew , not to mention the respectfulness of them all . I also think I’m so blown away by it because good customer service has just about gone by the wayside now , ( I experience it a lot ) but not at this establishment , and so I am grateful to have witnessed and received this great customer service today ! May God bless you all for this , and keep up the good work please .“

“Very good service, Fast and friendly! Very clean dining area. The chicken tenders melting your mouth! Served Hot! It's a rarity to get quality service. I've tried other food services it's a hit or miss. This is my 3rd time in a month and all 3 where outstanding! Want a very good dining experience with quality food and very friendly service at a reasonable prices? I highly recommend raising Cane's!!“

“Restaurant customer service is wonderful! No long wait on food ! There was one manager that helped me with everything I needed and was very peasant ! I didn’t get her name but she was was awesome ! We love that chicken from Popeyes“

“I like their spicy chicken & fried okra. They have a promotion on their receipts, buy something & get a free chicken piece. I did all that but never received my free spicy chicken thigh. Of course, I didn't check the bag when I left & I guess I got screwed Again!!!“

“How the hell you have somebody sit for 30 minutes waiting on some strawberry cream pies and you give somebody else my order and refuse to remake the order because y'all are closing. That’s not our fault. You supposed to give customer service and the fact that the unprofessionalism of the Manager gave to the customer saying to come back tomorrow and we spend our hard earned money on something and be treated this way. I will be calling in the morning. Trifling!!!!“
