“Holden and his TEAM rock! Delicious food and atmosphere! Great dining experience all the way around! We’re from Atlanta- daughter going to be a LSU freshman. Had never had the privilege of dining at a Cane’s. Definitely hooked!!! We’ll be back!! Thanks again Holden! The Schalon Family.“
“Just had Chicken Shack on Acadian for the first time, after my daughter kept raving about it. I got the chicken dinner with red beans and rice and the mustard greens. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to eat chicken from any place else again. They’ve gotten their recipes down pat. I wish I could have had an entire pint of the greens alone!“
“Grabbed quick lunch. Noticed that entire parking lot has been remodeled. Drive lanes now have two. The inside of the restaurant has also been updated. Food came out hot and fast.Store was very clean and ready for guests. Staff was able to make sure I had everything before sitting down. I can recommend this location when in the area for your lunch or dinner needs. It's nice to see the location get updated to stand out in a area that has seem to come even further in standards.Parking: Parallel parking and plenty of parking on the right side of the building. It seems not to much parking if you have a major outing.“
“I recently had the pleasure of trying Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers for the first time, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The chicken fingers were crispy and perfectly seasoned. The combination of the crispy outside and the juicy inside made for an incredible texture and flavor. The Cane's sauce was a perfect addition to the meal, adding a tangy sweetness to the already delicious chicken. The meal also came with crinkle-cut fries which were perfectly cooked and seasoned. All in all, my first experience with Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers was a great one, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal.HOURS OF OPERATION:Mon-Thu: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PMFri-Sat: 10:30 AM - 8:00 PM“
“One of my favorite places to eat when I'm the LSU side of BR. I've never had a bad experience in all the times I've visited. My favorite is the Kickin' Kay Lynne, followed by the Fancy Nancy, and Jalapeño Holly. I tried the Broccoli Salad today and I'm now a huge fan!Parking: Small, but there's always a spot avaliableKid-friendliness: Kids menu: Mac n cheese, turkey sandwich, pb&j, or chicken salad.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible and layout affords room to sit comfortably“
“It's always good at the Plank Rd. Raising Cane's. The store is clean and the food is hot and fresh. I also like that there's a policeman that patrols at night as well. Though I don't like the reasoning behind the patrolman, I can appreciate business looking out for the safety of the patrons and staff.“
“Food was delivered to the clinic for lunch, and it was a hit!!! So good & great service. Food was hot & cooked perfect with so much flavor! Mark made sure we had everything we needed before he left! We will be getting food from here again! Thanks so much!!!“
“We love Canes, and so does my granddaughter! But there is one situation I would rather not be exposed too. The lil guy that wants to be a girl at the front counter. I could care less what life style he likes, but the awkward questions I have to answer from my 5yo granddaughter is something we can do without.“
“The music playing was really depressing heart break songs from the 90s. The employees kept following me.. to watch me get my drink, into the restroom.. multiple times wanting to "check" on me .. just like last time y'all asked.. I was fine.. I just had to poop. Thanks. ?“
“Baby I grew up in the Field and the blue store has always been apart of my childhood and adulthood. I live in Texas now but when I’m back home I do not come back to Texas without stopping at the blue store for my chicken, potato logs , turkey wings and pig tails!!! If you’re in BR and you don’t stop here you’re crazy !“
“Costs are going retarded, this place is amazing, However, I give 4 star due to cost pushing 20 dollars for 6 nuggets and a 3 toasts. that and my hands are always drenched with oil bleeding through napkins I use to ring them out, other than how cool it would be for this company to invest and test the x waters with an air fry setup I'd say it's perfection. But it leaves me Ill feeling if I don't remove the oil when I eat more than 3 strips“
“It is the best place i have eaten at i'm going to bring my gf who i'm sooooooooooooooooooooooooo proud of she graduated from lsvi on yesterday U all have the best drings and chicken fingers around and thx for yalls services“
“So me and my daughter and I stopped by this particular raising cane's on government and foster drive. Lord, if the food wasn't good, I would've never stopped. Why is the line always ridiculously long? And why are they so slow? I will try level best to never stop here again.“
“This Cane's ROCKS consistently. The chicken tenders at Raising Cane’s are a standout. They’re tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The breading is crispy and cooked perfectly. Whether you dip them in Cane’s sauce or enjoy them plain, they’re a winner.Try the coleslaw! It is fresh and crunchy. It strikes a nice balance between creaminess and tanginess. It’s a great side to complement the chicken tenders. Now my wife's favorite. The fries! They’re consistently golden, crispy, and addictive. The quality of these fries has me switchin' lanes and pickin' Cane's! Seriously, they’re that good. Now foe the dessert. The Texas toast. Yeah I know some of you hold the slaw and get extra toast and rightfully so! It is buttery, soft, and slightly garlicky. It’s the perfect accompaniment to the meal. I appreciate the care that goes into the toast—it’s substantial and satisfying. This Cane’s gets top marks for cleanliness. The dining area is spotless, and the building itself is well-maintained. It’s refreshing to enjoy a meal in such a tidy environment. In summary, Raising Cane’s delivers on its promise of simple, delicious chicken tenders. The combination of quality ingredients, friendly service, and a clean atmosphere keeps me coming back for more. ?? emphasis on friendly service. I'm routinely checked out and served by the same crew members and they maintain a consistent demeanor. If you haven’t tried Raising Cane’s yet, give it a shot—you won’t be disappointed! ?“
“Normally I have a great experience at this location but on this day the manager had her hands full. I placed 2 orders online and came in to pick them up. The first was prepared after I arrived and made the aware of the order but the second one I was told I would have to wait for more chicken to cook, my response was that's fine just prepare both orders with the fresh chicken when it comes up. So I sat back and enjoyed the show. I watched the fry cook batter up the chicken and as it was sloppy and dripping drop it in the grease as the manager was asking why it was taking so long. Then the manager made her rounds over by the drive through trying to get the orders filled and there was some confusion around the oven wre something was set for only 4 minutes and would not be cooked all the way. Then she made her way to the front counter where the first order was still sitting next to the prep area. She started questioning the staff "what is this" I offered my help to say that it was my order but I had 2 orders and I had to wait on more spicy chicken for the second one so I asked them to fix both orders with the fresh chicken once it was ready. Well that seamed to be a problem and she stared acting like I just ruined her day. I asked her to calm down and said that it was ok it's just chicken. She remade the first order and shoved it towards me when the chicken came up. So then I asked what about the 2nd order? She started asking her workers what 2nd order is he talking about the staff tried to tell her that I had 2 orders and showed her the order slips. She fixed the 2nd order and I told her that it's ok im patiently waiting and I'm not in a rush. But I did rush out as I felt like this was a toxic environment, I didn't even ask for any cajun sparkle or honey. The second order wasn't even in a bag it was just in the box dripping with grease as she was rushing every employee and didn't give the chicken time to properly drain. When I got home I had chunks of batter on the chicken and a pool of grease in the box. The under side of the chicken was soggy. This entire visit was about 15 minutes, I placed my order when I left the grocery store(about 10 minutes before my arrival) , I had milk and produce in the car. I think this team needs a little help. In total there was about 6 employees behind the counter so I don't think it was a staffing issue, my they were all new hires? The drill Sergeant manager was like little tornado whipping though the store trying to get everything in shape but her furry reached out across the counter to the customers also.Parking: Lots of free and clear parking, but the drive through doesn't have enough spots for customers to wait for their orders, lol“
