Nothing upsets me more than when the manager comes on the phone and attempts to play with words. I ordered 4 brownie sundaes to be delivered and since that's all I ever order, I knew immediately that they were not right. They made a brownie sundae fit in a smaller 1 scoop cup and refused to make it right. The manager told me to contact door dash as if they made my order. The staff, including Grace and Hunter, provide top notch and amazing customer service, being friendly, helpful, and kind. A Birthday Cookie Icecream cake exceeded expectations and was perfect. A free scoop was redeemed from the library’s summer reading program. It is a great spot for an after school treat or a convenient sweet pick me up. The location is clean and inviting.
