I stepped into Patacon explicitly looking for something new and wasn’t disappointed. I ordered their two major sandwiches (the titular patacons and then an arepa) and some flan so I could get a good idea of the cuisine, as I haven’t had (what I think from context clues of their decor and googling) Venezuelan food before and was interested.

Absolutely delicious! I got the brisket green patacon, and it was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The flan was great too and friendly staff. One of the most delicious restaurants the Lafayette area has to offer!
Protect this place at all costs. It was soooo good! The staff was great too! I highly recommend the green plantain for the patacon, crunchy is the way to go. I'll be using them for catering next time I need it. Go eat now, you won't regret it.
