. We had been seeing this place, so decided to drive over for lunch. Nice new building. plenty off-street parking no shade. I had the crawfish "Half & Half"; fried tails & etouffee. The tails were perfect. Etouffee was good, but lots of Cayenne, Boss Lady had fried shrimp w/ french fries, Also very good. Plenty quantity of everything; reasonable (market) prices. A couple things we always look for in anew place are taste of iced tea and cleanliness of restrooms. Tea was very good....read full review
Ok the first time I came I was not impressed and I wasn't coming back. I got the steak and it wasn't grilled to perfection , it was burnt and tasted burnt. Fast forward a month and tonight I had the crawfish 1/2 & 1/2 was Bangin! I don't really care for someone else's étouffée but our amazing waitress Madeline made the recommendation and she was spot on! It was sooo good. Almost as good as good as Maw-Maw's.... Almost!
