We used the mobile app to order our food 15 minutes before pick up. When we went to pick up our order there were no cars in line around 6pm. We were instructed to pull into a parking spot then waited another 20 minutes until getting our food.
The service here is usually terrible but this time was worth a 1 star review.

The food was terrible. The tenders we got were burnt and the wrong ones. We ordered spicy and received mild tenders. The biscuits from both meals might as well have rocks from on side the road they were so hard and dry. And we waited for 15 minutes for our order. But it'll never rain flecr on their metrics because they make you pull out of the line and park so you're not in line anymore and they get say they moved the line forward while being as slow as they want.

Horrible food!!! Service sucks as does the food. Got food poising here many times from questionable food. Havn't been back in some time 3 strikes there out!!! wanted to warn others. Very expensive for crappy food. Gas station chicken is honestly 100 times better. This place apparently is known for using chicken that's old/expired per a post that was going around on social media

Sometimes service can be slow but every fast food place gets busy. Since a new manager took over last year service seems better. The food is usually cooked good and taste good too.

One of the best Popeyes I’ve ever eaten at. Food was delicious, service was excellent and the whole experience was top notch. I will return.

The Girl in drive thru was so cheerful and nice my chicken was fresh and Hot An I will be returning again an I think her name was Shavonne she always so pleasant when I go there

This week was not Popeyes' finest hour. Twice this week my order was not impressive. One day, my order was not right. I ordered a large red beans and rice and a large cajun rice. Instead, I got a small. Yesterday I ordered a large cajun rice and it tasted cold and spoiled. That was the worst. I don't think I will be eating at Popeyes for a very long time.
