Manager screaming at staff. Police called. Never got to order. Called corporate. Tried to buy me off with free something. Won't fix what's broken. Not going back.

The table was too high for the seats. Very cold in restaurant. Tho food was warm when it came out, everything cold before finishing.coctail sauce was tangy. Cole slaw was wilted. Not the best I've had.

I ordered a salad just to found a dark brown maybe black piece of hair in it. i’ve never experienced something like this and im very disappointed.

I usually eat inside, and the food is awesome!!!! This particular day I ordered to bring it home. I was told to go to the bar. The lady that took our order was not only rude and nonchalant. She gave me food that looked as if she felt it was free. IT WAS NOT FREE!!!! I paid over &50 for it. I ordered the chicken with mushrooms and onions. The chicken was so small, it looked as if she gave me half of it. My ordered was dry and skimpy. It was an awful day for a restaurant I love.

Please tell the people at the bar to treat to go customers the same as the customers that dine in, because I still have her a tip.

I love their Oriental chicken salad and their wine ton tacos!
Their spinach and artichoke dip is excellent!
Their queso dip and chips is good too!

I went out to eat with a friend, and we enjoyed our entire experience. The ambiance was pleasant. It wasn't too packed. Our server greeted us in a timely manner. She was sweet and nice. Our food came out hot and fresh. It was very tasty. I would definitely come back here to eat. I had a burger. And my friend had the chicken sandwich.

The spinach dip was okay, the chips that came with it sucked but I usually go to Walkons for spinach dip. However, the food was great regardless and we actually had desert! Our server, Austin, was very kind and attentive. The place was clean and the food came out quickly and was definitely up to par. This was an amazing experience. I had not been to Applebee's in years an usually we go to Chillis. We will definitely start coming here more often!

Try the Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss burger. Very tasty (and a bit messy). Food was very good, including getting a quesadilla order for my wife who is having jaw issues. Seemed to be a bit shorthanded possibly as there was a delay with pretty much everything. Our waitress was quite good and personable despite having to cover more area.
