The only complaint I would have is that the lady whom was behind the register continuously gave our table looks I’m assuming because of the fact that we weren’t dressed up like everyone else. We were visiting family in town and saw the good reviews and wanted to try it out. I would definitely recommend this establishment only due to the great food and great service we had, other aspects weren’t the greatest and left us feeling uncomfortable throughout our meal. We later found out that the lady that kept walking by our table and glaring at us was the owner from customers that dine there often.”

“As if I didn’t already love this place enough but we ordered a tray for a Mardi Gras ball but accidentally called it in to the wrong location. Ms.Maria said “we got it no problem”. Her and the guys in the back had it ready in less than 10 minutes. She was so sweet and accommodating. We still made it to party on time. Thanks Maria and crew!”

“Wildwood is our weekly go-to. Location is perfect. Pepperoni and The Hawaiian are our favs. Consistent recipes, perfect portion sizes, polite staff, great business hours, quick service, delicious food, variety of beer/wine options, relaxed ambiance, Celiac friendly, bakery next door! We like to bring our pup to have a nice dinner every Friday, but with it being Lent we aim for the Monday night special. The staff have ALWAYS offered to bring out a water bowl. Absolutely recommend!”

“Super good and inexpensive food. I ordered the fish sandwich, which came with fries for around $5 - more affordable than fast food. Onion rings and Mac and cheese were also excellent, though the Mac serving was a little smaller than expected. If you don’t use the drive through, expect to wait in a small building with a kitchen and counter. Lot parking.”

Our server from Tunk's told us this is the breakfast place in Alexandria. This place didn't disappoint, and the food came out hot and fast.

“Manager keeps it ship-shape. Clean, quiet, privacy (if needed) because hardly no one dines in anymore. At least for me, helps my anxiety problems because I can duck off in the corner with my back up against the wall and actually focus on the food and the taste. Instead of focusing on everything behind me where I can't see too well. Plus, their soda machine is a thing of beauty. U can add whatever to whatever. Make any drink combo u wish to. Just saying, a strawberry, cherry, pineapple Dr. Pepper is off the chain. But there are tons more options of soda types, and tons of flavors you can add to it ?...

Parking: Across the street from M. S. U. so those of you that are about to go to college, pick our campus because the Mickey D's fries are off the chain! That being said, there is usually 1 to 5 vehicles parked there. (At least 2 are workers so they are in the employee parking, so your options are wide open

Kid-friendliness: They have the cardboard crowns all over the place in there.P. S. You don't have to be a kid to get one.... lol

Wheelchair accessibility: Close to the door and plenty of room. Plus the ramp has a low slope to it so when I push my mother-in-law's wheelchair up it, it's very easy.”

“I love getting a frozen coffee with no flavor and whichever muffin I am in the mood for in the mornings. Every time I come you guys nail it! Everything is fresh and the taste is next to none. On top of the price point being perfect! This morning, I was heading to run an errand and since I was on the other side of town I thought I would make a stop at another local coffee shop off Versailles to save some time. Let me just say it was the worst idea ever. Their muffin was definitely store bought and had a lasting taste of cardboard. The frozen coffee had huge ice chunks on top of tasting like water. I ordered a small because I knew this was my first time trying them. The small frozen coffee and cardboard muffin was more expensive than your medium, perfectly blended, fresh, frozen coffee and your supper tasty homemade muffin. I am forever a loyal customer to little cakes! I came back across town because I couldn't go without my favorite coffee and muffin combo!!”

The eggs Benedict … this delicious golden yolk cascaded down, mingling with the silky thyme hollandaise to infuse into the soft English muffin…. Absolute delish!!! 2. The shrimp and grits …. Perfectly cooked spicy shrimp with Gouda grits was a testimony to why southern Louisiana cuisine reigns supreme …. And the Monica sauce elevates it to elegance while still your tummy is pampered with down home comfort. 3. The fried fish! This is a chef’s secret because it was not traditional fried fish. Whatever the secret, it delivered scrumptiousness in every crispy tender bite! Oh and don’t forget the homemade tartar sauce! 4. …… and the perfectly cooked Prime Rib! with the amazing horseradish sauce to complement … definitely a show stopper 5. The ambiance…. The service as always great …..Which seems to be part of the family atmosphere….. and the soft jazz …..taking it from just dining with family to Mother’s Day memories”

From the moment we walked in until we left, we received exceptional customer service from this team. We were picking up sandwich trays for my sons birthday party, which were very tasty and delicious. The brisket was also a little dry but mixed with the rest of the sandwich it was fine. That being said, if I ever found myself in Alexandria again I would absolutely come back.”

Guarantee you would go back. Service and timing is great. Always cooked when you order so everything is fresh and hot.

Parking: It’s not a large parking lot but no one is there long so there is enough room for everyone that comes.”

It's very authentic and the establishment has a nice vibe despite its size and location. The workers are nice despite the language barrier and you can tell they care about their food. The menu was a bit much and the prices are extremely overtuned for what they're serving and I found myself somewhat surprised upon seeing it. Also inside the establishment there wasn't much accessibility atleast not for my group at the time of entering; the tables are extremely small there were no napkins or tissues present so eating inside was overall a messy uncomfortable experience but admittedly it made me feel at home in a way. I'm guessing it isn't always like this since some pictures show napkins but I digress. Overall I do recommend coming here if you want homemade authentic Mexican cuisine prepared by hardworking cooks. Note: Their chips were superb and had they have the best beans I've eaten at a Mexican establishment. ¡Excelente!”

“My husband and I along with our two grandchildren ate at Chilis this past weekend after our baseball tournament. Our waitress was Monica she was absolutely amazing. Bless her heart it appeared she was the only waitress there but she made sure all of her tables were very well taken care of, along with sitting people coming in, and getting food and drinks out in a very timely manner. We had to wait for over 100 students of 3 buses to be seated first. Mom and I enjoyed our dining at your restaurant.

Once food is received in the drive-through line, there is no way out of line except to wait for vehicles in front of you.”
