“Tabitha, along with her friendly staff, greets you as you walk through the door. They are incredibly knowledgeable about their supplements and help you find exactly what fits your needs. The shake menu is extensive with many options. My favorite is the white chocolate cherry. Highly recommend if you’re trying to fix your sweet tooth, while staying on track with your macros. They have teamed up with a local food prep service, Main Street Meal Preps, which delivers fresh and healthy food directly to the store. They have grab and go options and online ordering options. Very thankful to have healthy options locally in Pineville!“

“Great place! The people are nice and respectful, and they get your stuff out to you quickly. I notice a lot of reviews about not just this place but a lot of other places saying oh the people were rude and they had a bad attitude, as someone who works at a fast food sort of place, its hard to have a good attitude when the customer is snappy. So just go with a great attitude and you'll get treated great!😁“

“1000% recommend! I texted Josh telling him I needed something to help me focus and stop feeling so groggy and he told me he had the perfect HEALTHY solution for me! He whipped me up a Gains Smoothie w/ a plant based protein powder and OMG!! Not only did it taste Amazing!! but my brain fog and grogginess was GONE! I finished my work day with full clarity and focus! Josh & Lindsay are so knowledgeable about their products!“
