“It's been a while since I felt compelled to review a place, but this one was too good not to talk about immediately! It's not only delicious, fresh, and beyond worth what you pay for... It's also locally owned! And by the most amazing woman! I met her today and she was so sweet, helpful, and clearly someone worth supporting. I got the happy hippie bowl and the avocado toast. Both were PHENOMENAL. I was impressed with the quality of the ingredients. Which sounds so bougie, but in a world where every where you look people are claiming their products are "fresh," only to turn out to be complete bogus... This was a breath of fresh air! The berries were top notch! And where some places would have barely drizzled some Nutella and peanut butter on top, it was piled on! I felt like I got my money's worth and more! Ugh I feel like I could talk about this place for ages! Oh, did I mention the atmosphere??? They had study rooms! And it's so pretty and calming inside! I'll admit I hadn't been here previously because the hours are a bit late for breakfast... But now that I know how good it is, I'll totally bring my grading here and get a treat while I get my work done!“
“My children had a birthday party recently. Saying that the employees went above and beyond is an understatement. The food was fresh, they helped by making custom colored cookies and were so patient has they served 24 kids ice cream that they got to choose. It is not easy for kids to pick their flavor and toppings BUT the two employees never tired and had a world of patience. THANK YOU so much Pineville Location!“
“This place is outstanding. Been here a few times and staff is always extremely pleasant. They sell a variety of things: smoothies, protein bars, nutrition supplements, energy drinks, gear, etc. Best thing is... they also offer $5 smoothies on Fridays (like smoothie king). All flavors available in 20 & 32oz for $5 Friday's. My favorite is cookies and creme! Definitely check this place out.“
“I’ve been going to Tropical Smoothie since it opened in Alexandria for a good bit. One of my favorite spots! I love their smoothies and the food options. It’s such a great break away from all of the other fast food options which don’t offer many nutrients. Blimey Limey and Island Green are my go to’s! Sometimes (about 90% of the time lol) the evening staff can be kind of rude and unpleasant but I haven’t had an issue with the smoothies being bad. When I go throughout the day, it’s perfect!“
“I did an online order for smoothie king and was supposed to order at the one in kingsville but didn’t pay attention and ended up ordering at the one on Jackson st. the manager of the Jackson st store called the store in kingsville and told them to make it for! Everyone was so sweet and so helpful even tho the mistake was 100% my fault!!“
“Great family-owned business! I had an iced s’mores latte that had chocolate sauce, honey, and cinnamon. It was delicious! The space is beautifully decorated and would be a great place to hang out or study. Will be back when I am in the area again!“
“I was leaving Ball heading back to Lafayette and stopped here. I was very impressed with the service. I am new to loaded teas and have not found a favorite until today. Strawberry-Pineapple with a lil Beauty was suggested and I LOVED it. I will definitely stop by when I am in town.“
“I got there a little bit before closing and walked in and ordered 2 milkshakes, the guy was super sweet and gave me a brownie for free and the other females were so nice they complimented me and blew me kisses 10000000/10 I'd love to come back but i spent my last 20 there so I'm poor but I would jump in front of a car for those employees they deserve the world every single one of them.“
“Hands down the best coffee and pastries in Alexandria. The lemon blueberry scones are absolute perfection and the pumpkin spiced cold brew is exactly what you want in a fall drink. The sandwiches are also extremely delicious. The ladies there always have a smile and kind word for everyone. Love this place.“
