“Have been a customer since 1980. Have dined in over 200 locations throughout the U.S. I had my usual sonic burger and fries yesterday. Off of Jackson st. Here in alexandria. The meat was not as I expected. Not going to be mean.just disappointed“

“I have been to Sonic less than 5 times in my entire life. (Always Drive-Thru) until today. I didn’t realize that they didn’t actually have seating or ordering inside 🤣🤣 With that being said, I walked my smiling self right through the doors….the KITCHEN doors. Ooops! The staff turned around and just looked at me. HA! They let me know I could order from the outside kiosk. Unfortunately, I only had cash. Kamariah was absolutely helpful, smiled and not once made me feel bad about anything. More businesses need employees like her!! THANK YOU!!

“11:43 A.M & I just left this place. The wonderful lady who took my order and greeted me at the window in drive-thru is phenomenal. She made my day just by being so pleasant. Customer service was top tier. Food was fresh & great as well.“

“While on vacation we stopped not only once but TWICE because we enjoyed everything we had so much! From the Shrimp Po boys - to the sweet ever so flavorful snocones & to the most delicious funnel cakes. We were so far excited to try more items & we cannot wait for next years vacation to bring us back!!“
