“I recently stopped by Firehouse Subs and had a solid 4-star experience across the board.
The food was tasty and satisfying—fresh ingredients, good portion sizes, and the sandwiches were put together well. Service was friendly and efficient, with the staff keeping things moving without any long waits. The atmosphere felt clean and comfortable, making it an easy place to grab a quick meal or sit and relax for a bit.
Overall, a reliable and enjoyable stop. I’d happily go back.“

“Tell corporate no one likes the strawberry frosty and quit pushing it by saying the Chocolate and vanilla machine is not working. How stupid do you think we are. Both Wendy’s on Coliseum Blvd. and the one on Jackson St. I drove to Pineville and got my chocolate.“

“Best Wendy's of the 3 in alec. Fast, fresh. Service was awesome. Lobby is clean. All sodas were in stock. Ice worked. Ketchup pump works. Utensils stocked.
Food was hot and made properly. Not just thrown together. Crew looked happy and having fun at work.“

“This McDonald's is 2 hours from our house but we had cause to be there . We volunteered at the Jennings VA today. I ordered breakfast food for 4. This was the freshest and hottest fast food I ever had in my life! Yeah, that good it was! As soon as I bit into the breakfast burrito I thought, wow, I could not make this better! Seriously, I was impressed! I wish I knew her name at the window, both windows actually... She was medium skinned, both were, 1 had golden blond in braids lifted on top like a bun, and the other girl had a comb down style with blue. They were so nice and thanked me for being there and smiled! They were speaking clear, concise, and articulate...Everything you would want in a public front situation! I was impressed! They are an assett to your company! Thanks so much!“

“My elderly mother and my sister visited recently and were very impressed by the attentive team member who not only brought them their orders but picked up their dishes after. He went above and beyond to make them feel special. We will be coming back soon! The only drawback was charging $4 for an ear of corn that was mushy.“

“I think the issue with the new drive thru is how the numbers are being issued. I believe one person should be responsible for placing numbers on cars as they enter this will allow those who enter 1st to leave 1st. As it stands you may be in line 2 or 3, but due to the merging of these lines you are delayed vs line 1. I’m not a logistics expert so.“

“Have been a customer since 1980. Have dined in over 200 locations throughout the U.S. I had my usual sonic burger and fries yesterday. Off of Jackson st. Here in alexandria. The meat was not as I expected. Not going to be mean.just disappointed“

“I ordered on the app & picked up at the window on S. MacArthur. The food was fresh, hot, delicious, exactly what I had ordered & put together in a nice large brown paper bag that was taped on the top sides for warmth & security. The guy at the window was very friendly too! It was a great experience!👍🏽“

“Ely has amazing customer service and respectful . Ej the store manager was very helpful and came out and personally asked us how everything was . And sampled the new menu item coming out it was very delicious. just a great atmosphere. We will be back. Please bring pineapple chunks back to the menu 😋“

“As being from Wisconsin there is always Frozen Custard shops actually everywhere up there, and I have always wanted Frozen Custard since I moved back home to Louisiana but could never get it down here, now that Freddy's is here I can get all the Frozen Custard I want, I love it.“
