“Went here tonight. The food was good and the service was amazing. The lady working the window was a great multi-tasker, took care of us while she was taking orders over the headset, got us our order with accuracy. I was very impressed with the service and the taste of the food. What a treat!“

“If you go, give your tip directly to your server in cash and tell them it's not a tip, but a gift. Koal's pays their employees weak pay and acts like they're doing them a favor. Multiple employees over the years have told me Koal's keeps the tips we pay for the servers to have saying that the employees can have them if they want to make $2 an hour. Love the food there, but I won't support them after finding this out.“

“I cannot express enough how welcome we felt. Most places you go and everyone is cold and cut off. Not here, everyone was friendly. My dad had just gotten back from surgery on his eyes and he asked to go to smalls specifically. I can honestly say one of my favorites definitely will go back.“

“Everything is awesome here, except the gumbo…the gumbo is gross (i.e. flavorless) and too expensive for its quality, drive a bit further in either direction and you’ll definitely find better. “Today was my first visit to this place after numerous recommendations fom friends. It was midafternoon so instead of breakfast, I decided I felt like ordering the classic burger and some onion rings to get a general baseline of the place. The onion rings were unexpectedly spicy. The burger was easily the best I've had in a decade or more. Our waitress, Shelby, was pleasant and efficient and made the whole experience a lovelier one.

I'll try an omelette the next time I go, and see how it stacks up to Huddle House, but in any case, I am certain this is my new burger go-to spot.

This one was THE only one to have nice and friendly people, great service, and even had the maintenence guy helped and brought me my food and didn't have to. “This McDonald's is 2 hours from our house but we had cause to be there . We volunteered at the Jennings VA today. I ordered breakfast food for 4. This was the freshest and hottest fast food I ever had in my life! Yeah, that good it was! As soon as I bit into the breakfast burrito I thought, wow, I could not make this better! Seriously, I was impressed! I wish I knew her name at the window, both windows actually... She was medium skinned, both were, 1 had golden blond in braids lifted on top like a bun, and the other girl had a comb down style with blue. They were so nice and thanked me for being there and smiled! They were speaking clear, concise, and articulate...Everything you would want in a public front situation! I was impressed! They are an assett to your company! Thanks so much!“
