“On January 29, 2022 at 10:30pm I decided to stop by the Burger King in Marksville located next to the casino on Hwy 1. I ordered my food through the drive thru and the man that took my order was very friendly and attentive to making sure my order was taken correctly. Once at the window I was told they were out of the drink I ordered but the guy asked if we cared to wait a few minutes and he would change the equipment out. So while we waited we noticed the parking lot was full of cars waiting along with us. We later discovered that there were only two employees inside that were trying to serve everyone as fast as they could and did it with a smile. Yes it took a little longer than expected but I give respect to those two employees who showed up to work and remained there even through the tough time of being short handed. And surprisingly the food was actually hot and good even with the circumstances involved. Burger King needs to step up their game and get more employees like these and things would be great for the business.“

“This was my first take out meal, since moving from South Texas. My favorite Pizza has Seafood, so I was shocked to see a seafood pizza on their menu! Did they nail it ? Yes indeed!!! “I live near Dallas and visit family near Hattiesburg, MS every summer. We discovered this sandwich shop accidentally as it ended up on our path. O-M-G. The po-boys here are unreal. We had the grilled shrimp and the ham and cheese po-boys which were among the best I've ever had (and I've had few in my time). We also had the baked garlic cheese curds that didn't disappoint and disappeared almost before we got into our sandwiches. If you are looking for a kid friendly food establishment my kids loved the foot long corney dog along with crinkle and seasoned fries. They also had chicken nuggets on the menu.Word of note: they close at 2pm cst, but I called ahead when we were 20 out and had my order taken and ready at the drive up when I made it at 2 on the dot. (Probably not recommended to show up at 2 and want to visit the sit down side of the restaurant)Overall: Wonderful and extremely friendly service and the food was "stop everything and savor every bite" good. “This place was recommended to us by someone else and we are so glad they did. We went on a Wednesday night and the special for Wednesday was steak and fried shrimp for $15.99. What a deal. Delicious and generous portions. Also had one of the best Old Fashioned I have ever tasted.“
“Wowzer! This place puts out some great tasting food with huge portions. I called in an order and was very impressed with what I received. I ordered the bowl of gumbo, tacos and a dozen fried shrimp. The gumbo had so much meat in it - for sure a 1/2 of a chicken breast and a link of smoked sausage. Then I came across a different sausage, possibly pork. The gumbo was so good I didn't touch the shrimp bc I couldn't pull away from the gumbo; a dark roux. The lady who took my order made me almost fall when she asked "do you want a sweet potato with that gumbo"? I didn't even think to ask for it so I was thrilled when she mentioned it! "Yes I want a sweet potato." My mother had the tacos and she said they were delicious. The tortillas were definitely hand made tortillas and that's something you don't see every day! No one ate the shrimp! We were overly impressed in the food, had enough for lunch the next day! I would've given 5 star but a to go order with no utensils or napkins? I'll blame it on to many young, inexperienced girls by the register.“

“Of course who doesn't like sonic? For a big family I go to Wendy's for the 5 for 5 but I have to have enuf to get 2 double bacon cheeseburgers there at sonic. Noone has ever made burgers like sonic and cheddar peppers.and every sonic is the same taste .the servers are very polite it's not a long wait and if your car doesn't have ac well u can sit outside and eat.“
“We go there at least once a week. Every time we are there we normally go through drive thru . The line , if long, works very well. All employees that have ever gave us food through the window or took my payment, has always been cheerful and helpful. The burgers are AMAZING. Definitely give this 5 and a half stars.“
