“The food is always fresh. Service is fast. I went through the drive through as usual. The service is always friendly workers. This is one of the fast foods restaurants that I trust in this area. I don't think I ever went through the drive through and had a bad experience they are always professional and friendly.“

“On January 29, 2022 at 10:30pm I decided to stop by the Burger King in Marksville located next to the casino on Hwy 1. I ordered my food through the drive thru and the man that took my order was very friendly and attentive to making sure my order was taken correctly. Once at the window I was told they were out of the drink I ordered but the guy asked if we cared to wait a few minutes and he would change the equipment out. So while we waited we noticed the parking lot was full of cars waiting along with us. We later discovered that there were only two employees inside that were trying to serve everyone as fast as they could and did it with a smile. Yes it took a little longer than expected but I give respect to those two employees who showed up to work and remained there even through the tough time of being short handed. And surprisingly the food was actually hot and good even with the circumstances involved. Burger King needs to step up their game and get more employees like these and things would be great for the business.“

“I had the pleasure of having a conversation with the manager and a worker named Marcus. I’m sorry I can’t remember the managers name. I told her how Subway in Marksville is absolutely the only fast food place I’ll eat at. I had noticed a slight dip in the standards met as compared to the normal high standards I have. You see I refuse to eat somewhere where the surfaces are filthy, the service people are not neatly dressed, hair tucked away and above all the hands. I swear if I catch a glimpse of a worker with dirty unkept nails I lose my top. There’s absolutely no excuse for filth on any service personnel and any floors or work surfaces. As you can tell I expect a lot and today I am very happy to say that all of my expectations were met. From a greet as I walked in to my thank you and have a nice day as I walked out and everything in between—— not one disappointment or dissatisfied moment. You have a great manager and a good staff person in Marcel. They did Subway proud today. I hope you recognize them. They deserve it.“

“The young guy who waited on me to fix my 2 sandwiches, he was very polite, well spoken, keep a person laughing while fixing your sandwiches. If anyone down or having a bad day, if they go into bunkie subway at the times he is there they will forget about their problems. That's the kind of personality he has. Everyone is kind. The service is fast. I witnessed today an employee come from the back and offer someone who had been sitting unattended with no meal for a while a burrito and a drink, that shows the hospitality of our small town . It is the simple things that make up humanity.“
