The staff is always so professional and friendly, which is very hard to find these days. Everything that I have eaten was fresh and hot. All I can say is thank you!!
The grill chicken mashed potatoes and the cole slaw so delicious.
My favorite family owned restaurant in Alexandria. I'm a longtime customer of Darrell's. The best fried chicken in town, IMO. But today I stopped to my order to go, chicken and a dbl cheeseburger w/bacon. I drove 30mins home and was disappointed with my burger. It was a single and sparsely dressed. The young staff was very friendly and attentive, but I do believe the grill cook should be trained a little more.
