Very nice and great selection!
Everything is awesome here, except the gumbo…the gumbo is gross (i.e. flavorless) and too expensive for its quality, drive a bit further in either direction and you’ll definitely find better. The chicken cracklins’ are second to none! Do stop. Don’t order the gumbo…unless they’re touting a new recipe.

Quebedeaux's Boudin & Cracklins is a little place that is super friendly, super quick, and super good. This hole in the wall spot is a little shop about the size of a food truck with a drive through and walk-in service. The food is true southern cooking fantastic. They serve big old yummy boudain balls and rolls, cracklings, and other south Louisiana favorites like overly generous fried fish and shrimp combos. The whole crackling is the truth and the best ever had. The best gumbo in town is a bold statement but it sure did taste like it. Music and atmosphere was on point. Prices are quite reasonable and portions can be split between two people. They give samples of the cracklins chicken and pork. A clean and kind stop.
