I use to love this place. Recently every visit is the same. Having to wait on chicken cracklins to be made bc they're not keeping up with the orders. Also their Cracklins have been overly seasoned (to salty) Also their window (deli glass) is usually empty and very messy ? The guys taking orders honestly have no idea what's going on & seem HIGH on something. Also their menu needs to be updated. Several items on menu not offered anymore. They QUIT serving regular Pork Cracklins & serve Stips of Pork and is calling that Reg.Pork Cracklins ( uh, NO! ) The Stips are good when not over seasoned but not what most want. Also I've noticed other customers waiting 20mins or more on just meat pies. I truly hope they can get their team together bc I would truly love, to love this place again. Even the friends I brought in were very disappointed!

Boudin Balls are good but stay away from the Gumbo very salty...couldn't find 1 piece of chicken only a few pieces of sausages

Food is good but service is bad. I was inside waiting in line, after worker finished with the customers ahead of me he told me they are closed and he wasn't taking my order. I was inside in line for 15mins before closing time. Also the hours online are NOT
