“As if I didn’t already love this place enough but we ordered a tray for a Mardi Gras ball but accidentally called it in to the wrong location. Ms.Maria said “we got it no problem”. Her and the guys in the back had it ready in less than 10 minutes. She was so sweet and accommodating. We still made it to party on time. Thanks Maria and crew!“

“I recently stopped by Firehouse Subs and had a solid 4-star experience across the board.
The food was tasty and satisfying—fresh ingredients, good portion sizes, and the sandwiches were put together well. Service was friendly and efficient, with the staff keeping things moving without any long waits. The atmosphere felt clean and comfortable, making it an easy place to grab a quick meal or sit and relax for a bit.
Overall, a reliable and enjoyable stop. I’d happily go back.“

“I went to this deli today and the food was a 10 of 10 the service was even better but inside of the store was terribly HOT !!!!
I mean we are in Louisiana and it’s gets very hot very fast!!! I feel for the poor employees but I will not be going back for sake of the employees rolling sweat into my food!!! Please fix the ac cause we love our sandwiches and will miss eating there dearly!!! I guess we will see you all for winter for soups and spuds!!!“

“Had the best service! I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who helped me because she was absolutely amazing. I was in town for a wedding and stopped in to pick up five footlongs to cut up and share with all the girls while we were getting ready. She was so friendly, patient, and made sure everything was perfect, even with such a large order. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Great customer service like that is hard to find, and she definitely deserves recognition. Thank you for helping make our wedding weekend even better! I was there on July 25, 2026.“
