“The night time manager Micah has been and always will go above and beyond for the customer. Any time I go there and he is working I know my food will be hot fresh and correct and if there is any mess up then he will correct it with no hesitation. If I could give him more than a 5/5 stars he would get 10/5 for sure.“

But last night I was very disappointed about the order and the way the Manager (Ebony) handled the situation was so unprofessional as if it wasn't a big deal that my order was not correct. I just didn't think she was interested in remaking the pizzas over and on top of that I was told I would only be credited $10 when I had just made a $40 purchase.... So rude., impolite and unjustly management. Even if her attitude was nice I probably would have felt a little that she was concerned but I guess some people manners are on DISRESPECT .... “Love that when all other food places are closed this place is still open for a late meal. Food is always fresh and exactly to order. A little more expensive than other choices but there are options to earn rewards that will help with the price. Besides when nothing else is available the price doesn't seem to matter as much when you need to feed your kids and you forgot how late it was!“

Let me start with my recent experience: I ordered the three piece chicken meal, but was extremely disappointed. The chicken was undercooked, the coating was gummy, and it had a strange taste. This is unacceptable for a well-known fast-food chain like KFC.Furthermore, the wait times were unreasonably long. No customer should have to wait 30 minutes for their food. It is frustrating and inconvenient, especially if you are in a rush. Additionally, my family's orders were all incorrect, which leads me to question the competence of the employees.It is undeniable that KFC once had fantastic original recipe chicken and great-tasting food. But those days seem to be long gone. As a helpful tip, I suggest that you look for other food options until KFC can get their act together.“
“I was passing thru and stopped at this location. The place was very clean, and the guy that was taking my order was training. He did very well and was courteous. He slasked me if i wabted spicy or mild,i chose mijd because it was for my daughter, and im not sure if they ran out, but one piece was spicy to my daughters surprise. Might be a little more careful in the future, and if running out of mild was the case, giving me another option would have been acceptable. Besides that issue everything was great.“
