My husband and I along with our two grandchildren ate at Chilis this past weekend after our baseball tournament. Our waitress was Monica she was absolutely amazing. Bless her heart it appeared she was the only waitress there but she made sure all of her tables were very well taken care of, along with sitting people coming in, and getting food and drinks out in a very timely manner. Her great attitude and and passion for her job will be our reason to come back. Shout out to Ms....read full review

Chili's Grill & Bar offers a mixed dining experience, with good food but sometimes lacking service. The dry rub ribs may be dry, but the street corn is delicious. The restaurant can be hit or miss due to occasional understaffing and fluctuating food temperatures. However, it remains a hometown favorite for many, known for its good food, great people, and welcoming atmosphere. Recent improvements are noticeable, with fresh food, attentive service from servers, and a caring manager. Overall, Chili's is on an upward trend, with friendly staff and a pleasant ambiance. Customers have praised the quick service, hot food, and great value, though some have experienced issues with custom orders. The restaurant continues to strive for a consistently excellent dining experience.
