Home town chilis. This place has good food and great people. Small time vibes I grew up coming here and the people are still cool. Place is clean, good games for kids. Highly recommend.

This place has really turned around over the past year! Food is always fresh, had a server named Ellis who has a great personality and took care of us! The manager Sean always checks on us, all other servers are prompt and courteous. Keep it up!

I always get the same thing: bacon rancher burger, no bun. It’s a double patty burger and I usually get broccoli for the side. I like the flamed grill taste and the seemingly hand packed ground beef. Always good service and food quality is consistent.

This was by far our best visit ever at ANY Chili's. The staff was attentive and kind. Our drink and chips stayed full and the food came out of the kitchen quickly. We will definitely be back!!

I will definitely add this Chili’s back to my list of restaurants to frequent. Food was amazing, Spice-a-Rita was great. Our server, Ellis, was TOP NOTCH!! It had been a long time since I had been to Chili’s due to past experiences not being favorable…in fact down right horrible. It has truly made a complete 360!!

On way back we stopped for quick dinner. Options for vegetarian were less and they were not flexible with customization. All they could do was remove meat but could not add any replacement for that. Had Cajun pasta without meat . Food was ok not much wait time to get your food .

Had the Southwest Egg Rolls. The service was fantastic. The Manager stopped and asked about the service and the food. Really great guy. The food was hot and delicious. It was a cold day and ac was on but the manager moved us where we got heat from the sun. Our waitress was prompt and so good. I will definitely stop there again. When we were leaving the Mgr told us to be safe and enjoy our trip.Parking: The Handicap is on the side where the door is and there were plenty of spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors were wide enough for even a large wheelchair.
Okay, our first time in tonight in Alexandria. Food was good, like usual at Chili's, but due to a computer issue my husband and my food wasn't accepted into the system. When it did eventually come, it was wrong. However, the manager was truly amazing! Our meal was completely comped, even our kids food and drinks. Additionally, he provided some guest gift cards to us as an extra apology. Thank you!
