“Jeremiah the manager is FANTASTIC. My husband and I recently lost our daughter and months after my husband tried taking me to Hana in Alex to brighten my spirits. We were sat at a busy table with 5 little children two of which were babies. The restaurant was PACKED there was no way to switch tables. We had a wait for 2 hours to begin with. I tried to tough it out but it was too much and I had a panic attack. Of course my triggers and emotional state is not the fault of the family nor the establishment. However it was so severe and embarrassing we had to leave before our food was brought out and cooked. My husband spoke with the manager letting him know we needed to leave and he was very kind. He even told us when we are ready to let him know and he'd be happy to welcome us back. Well two months later I was and he sat us all by ourselves and made sure we had an amazing time. Our waiter and chef were amazing too. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the manager and the kindness he showed us!“
“Kinda hard to rate the service and atmosphere in a Chinese buffet, but it's getting pretty difficult to find good ones anymore. This isn't the best Chinese restaurant I've ever been in, but the food was very good. I"d say that it's the best I've found in CENLA so far.“
“The food was EXCELLENT! Everything came out just like I ordered it, and it is reasonably priced!! The service was amazing and my waitress was so nice and always made sure we were happy with everything we received. The restaurant was super clean. I would recommend anyone to come and eat at this location!! I am definitely coming back for another meal :)“
“This was my first time here. It was AMAZING!!!! Although it was a little overwhelming to understand for a 1st visit, I will DEFINITELY be back! The selection is out of this world! The portion sizes are huge! And the service is hard to find!!! If I could give 10 stars I most definitely would!“
“If your expectations from hibachi express aren't 5 stars, then your expectations are too high. They have excellent food that's priced fairly for being a mostly drive through restaurant. I have no idea how many times I've been there now.“
“Went looking for a place to eat on Easter Sunday and found Mandarin restaurant. Nice and clean the wait staff was friendly and polite.Husband ordered Kwoh Ba Shrimp which was unbelievable the presentation of it was so nice and he said it tasted good.I ordered the Jumbo Shrimp & Scallops, and that was very good. The egg rolls, I'm not so sure were totally cooked but we ate them!Too bad we are just travelling through .. I would say, this is a must stop!“
