We ordered dirty chai lattes, and they were so yummy. We went through the drive thru, so we didn't see the inside, but we got our drinks pretty quickly, and savored every sip! If we are ever in the area again, we will certainly grab a drink!

I really enjoy Beans & Cream. Ice cream and coffee drinks all taste good, prices are high but reasonable, staff always polite and friendly, and our grandkids love going here.The atmosphere is spartan but functional. I have never seen a big crowd inside. Tables, chairs, and floor are always clean.There is only one bathroom.Kid-friendliness: It’s a good place to bring kids.

Cute little coffee & ice cream shop. We were the only customers other than ppl using drive through. Only one person working & she had a big drive through order. She acknowledged us & said she be with us as soon as she could but since she was by herself, it was about 10-15 minutes before she could help us. The selections of everything were small (1-2 smoothie flavors, 6-8 ice cream flavors) and the flavors of ice cream were kind of random flavors like raspberry tart & pink bubblegum. It was approx 5:30-6 so most of the items like fresh cookies & muffins were gone with no hope of more (even though they still were open for another 4 hours). The cashier said it had been a slow night but the empty tables were haphazardly clean & chairs were all over the place. To me it looked as if customers used the tables and then left, but the tables were never wiped down and put back to rights (the napkin holders, table decorations and chairs straightened back up) You could tell at one time it was probably a popular/busy store but not so much anymore. It looks neglected, the smaller things that could be fixed/dealt with hadn’t been like the paint that was fresh & bright at one time is scuffed and scratched up from chairs & tables hitting the wall, the table decorations were damaged (probably from kids playing around with them) To me, there was nothing really good or bad that stood out about it.

First time WOULD BE customer. Arrive at 8:05 and wouldn't serve us coffee because she had just cleaned the machines knowing they don't close till 9! If you ain't closing till 9 you should keep your coffee machines on till ATLEAST 8:30! Makes them look lazy and just ready to go home instead of wanting to serve others. Will not be back!

This is my go-to place for coffee if I am out and about. They have THE BEST dirty chai latte around. Everyone is always so kind. I have absolutely 0 negative things to say about this place. They also give you a punch card to get a reward after 10 drinks.They also have breakfast & lunch sandwiches/wraps, granola bars, cookies, ice cream. Very kid friendly!

This is my 3rd time coming to this place since we're not from Alexandria. This is the first time my order was wrong. I ordered a Caramel "frappe" but it tasted like a vanilla caramel shake. Basically no espresso in it. Told the lady that i didnt taste any espresso in it and she said "you didn't ask for espresso to be added" ???? I thought a frappe is has espresso included! She kindly made me a new one and i asked her "so the frappes don't come with any coffee/espresso?" And she said "when people come in and order these they don't want the espresso" so what made her think i didnt want espresso in mines?!! A frappe comes with espresso!!! She even charged me for a damn espresso shot because i wanted a real "frappe" lol. Won't be coming here again.

I thought this would be so much more than it was. The flavor selection sof ice cream were sort of esoteric, if that can be a thing. Not bad though and nice people.

Worst “latte” of my life. Watched the baristas literally use drip coffee instead of espresso so in an effort to be polite I tasted the drink and asked if they were sure to use decaf espresso and not coffee.Lied straight to my face.It tastes like straight milk because they added a shots worth of drip coffee and called it a day as they were too lazy to pull a shot. I would have gotten a regular latte if they didn’t have decaf espresso on hand but the barista assured me she did. Never again.
