Went to B.J pizza during lunch. I thought theywould have a pizza buffet but they didn't instead u can get a small personal pizza and use the salad bar. That's at lunch & u can order whatever else is on the menu, ex. Dif size pizza & so forth. The pizza was very good. So I guess the food makes up for whatever atmosphere is lacking. All in all, it is good if you like Pizza!!!

I ordered pizza for my son while I was at work 6:52 pm it didn’t arrive until 9:03pm.Very disappointed.I left a tip for the driver hoping to get my son fed in a timely manner.This was my first time trying BJS and my last.

I am not sure how pizza place got to be rated number one in the city of Alexandria. We just got a pizza from them. We did say that we wanted light. Cheese and light sauce. When we got the pizza and brought it home. It had absolutely no cheese, no sauce and also the crust. Was cold. Not sure how long it had been sitting there. I called the restaurant and the young lady said that she had put light cheese on it Herself. Maybe her definition of light cheese in my definition of light cheese is different but this was such a rip-off. We could not even eat it. There was absolutely no flavor and like. I said the crust was cold so. If this is the best pizza place in Alexandria. Wow, looks like I won't be buying any pizza in Alexandria if this is the best.
Orders are always wrong…tonight we ordered 1 cheese 1 pepperoni…got home 30 miles away and have 2 cheese. Do better!

Showed up to pickup order 30 + minutes after ordering. She said they had printer malfunction give her 8-10 minutes. 17 minutes later I pulled around to drive thru still not done. Refused to give even partial credit!

I spent $8.64 on what was described as a "chef salad". You know, the salad on their menu with Roast beef, turkey, ham, eggs, bacon, bits, lettuce, tomatoes and your choice of dressing. A JOKE! What I received was some iceberg lettuce sprinkled with imitation bacon bits, three grape tomatoes, and croutons. What's up?!!!
