The pizza was raw cheese barely melted pepperoni not even cooked the Canadian bacon no colorization the veggies still raw the whole pizza soggy like a frozen pizza that's out like a frozen pizza left to thaw on counter

he was very rude. He explained well sometimes our chicken wings are dry. that's the way they are. He said I'm sorry about your pizza. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy it. Do you still have the food? I said no I don't still have it. I threw it in the trash he's like well. I'm sorry about that and I said, well, can I get my money back? He says no you can't have your money back. could you at least replace my money? He said no, he was very rude and obnoxious. I have never been so disrespected over an order in my life. The owner is going to find out how his manager is managing his orders. I was prepared to make a very large order if he had said, yeah, you can get your money back or I'll replace it. However, since he did not do that, he doesn't. $120 order I was going to make. So sad the BJ's pizza here in Alexandria Louisiana is going downhill really quick. It used to be good now it's not.

It was hardly nobody in the restaurant but it seemed like it took too long for us to get our foodVegetarian options: We ordered a keto and it was very good my friend had had it before and then I told her I would try it we shared it because neither one of us was very very hungry so it was very good I enjoyed it
Service sucked ,employees could have cared less that we were there are not . Had a chef salad with pizza. Had to beg for salad dressing, wanting to charge extra . Will not be back ,Johnny's pizza here we come .

Y'all really would benefit if the inside would be completely renovated.The pizza is amazing. Love the crust.I moved from Alexandria to Texas and their is no good pizza around here, so every time I go back to visit, my mom knows I want a BJs pizza.
