My go to for wings. Always friendly and kind. Good service and food! April the bartender is the absolute kindest and hardest working person i have ever met! Even if the kitchen can be a touch slow at times it worth it so I have time to converse with Ms. April! Will continue to return over and over!

Worst experience. Never coming againe. No customer service manager cooking. And the o there one on breake. 35 dollar meal. Salad burger and drink. No silver ware. Salsa got late. And almost 20 minutes to paid.

Decided to try this place one more time. Place has maybe three other tables filled when I walk in, and there is nobody at the host stand. Wait about 10 minutes before being greeted and seated.
Music is loud enough to interrupt any thought formation.
Attempt to request a seat away from the group we were brought next to as they had kids kicking and shaking the connected booth. I was told all other tables were closed. Understandable I guess.
Drinks were brought promptly to the table. Water was surprisingly refreshing. Didn't have a chemical taste at all.
Order took about 25 minutes to get to the table. Not a terribly long wait, but I wish they would have let us know about turnaround time.
Order came out mixed up with my wife's wings and mine mixed up together. I'm not exactly a fan of Maple Chipotle, thus why I didn't ask for any on my half.
Wings were juicy and tasted well enough except for the mild wings. Those were dry. Maybe it's just the sauce.
A little fun coincidence: I only got 6 flats in my whole order of 30 wings. (No complaint here. I just got a chuckle out of that).
Overall, I can see why it took me over 4 years to come back to this place. Wouldn't recommend this place for the wings or the service.

Consistently bad service. Long wait times for ordering and food arrival, food arriving separately, overly stressed staff even with low capacity. This place is very obviously poorly managed.
Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service.. Did a web order for me and family arrived to pick it up it has 5 other people waiting some who said they had been there almost an hour..My food was not ready.. After waiting 30mins I received my food but asked could I check my order for accuracy before I leave.. I realized I was missing two items hatch queso and a large fry when I pulled my receipt and showed the waiter his response was “ you will have to take it up with my manager” instead of him just pulling my receipt and making it right.. Manager comes and is digging all through the bag and sees it missing he goes back to kitchen to retrieve missing items.. When I get home I realize the chips with the hatch queso is literally just crumbs and my wings were hard and old like it’s ridiculous and their response was it’s busy and chaotic and there literally was only 6 parties seated that’s not busy…I’ve worked fast food that was horrible customer service and they were not busy what so ever.. This location is horrible this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with a web order
My friend and I came in today. Everything was wonderful. Our server was very friendly. BWW has a great special called a pick 6 for $19.99. We each got 10 boneless wings, fries, and drinks for less $22. I recommend this special.
Thank you to Mr. Tim and Mr. Steve, I was having issues using my app to redeem my coupons and they took it upon themselves to fix the issue and make sure that I received my food by the end of the night.
