Service was so good, I tipped 33%. Food was horrible/ unsafe. I had to refuse my salad because all the lettuce was rusty brown. Wings were so salty, i couldn't eat them. Ate the appetizer, the carrots and celery, had a couple drinks and left hungry.
Really disappointed too.

The service is always bad but today was the worst me and my boyfriend litterly had to go track down our waiter and ask for a refill because she never came and checked on us once. (And no it was not busy we came in at 4pm) it was just us and another family. They rather chat in there little box then check on people.

We went and was serviced my RACHEL. she was grouchy no emotion at all. The food came out cold and nasty. Again our service was terrible and got treated so badly. It wasn’t even packed out? What is wrong with them. Never coming again

This location has improved dramatically from where it was 5-years ago. If you prefer a good amount of sauce on your wings, you will want to order a side of each sauce you ordered for your wings just to be safe, but I feel like that is a preferential issue rather than a quality issue. Prices are extraordinarily high, but that is generally the case with chicken, especially wings, in general in the U.S., and not so much a location or brand issue.

employees are absolutes rude. The general manager is no help with any concerns whatsoever. My husband spilt his alcoholic beverage and they refused to make him another one with him paying for it. We won’t be returning any longer.

My go to for wings. Always friendly and kind. Good service and food! April the bartender is the absolute kindest and hardest working person i have ever met! Even if the kitchen can be a touch slow at times it worth it so I have time to converse with Ms. April! Will continue to return over and over!

Decided to try this place one more time. Place has maybe three other tables filled when I walk in, and there is nobody at the host stand. Wait about 10 minutes before being greeted and seated.
Music is loud enough to interrupt any thought formation.
Attempt to request a seat away from the group we were brought next to as they had kids kicking and shaking the connected booth. I was told all other tables were closed. Understandable I guess.
Drinks were brought promptly to the table. Water was surprisingly refreshing. Didn't have a chemical taste at all.
Order took about 25 minutes to get to the table. Not a terribly long wait, but I wish they would have let us know about turnaround time.
Order came out mixed up with my wife's wings and mine mixed up together. I'm not exactly a fan of Maple Chipotle, thus why I didn't ask for any on my half.
Wings were juicy and tasted well enough except for the mild wings. Those were dry. Maybe it's just the sauce.
A little fun coincidence: I only got 6 flats in my whole order of 30 wings. (No complaint here. I just got a chuckle out of that).
Overall, I can see why it took me over 4 years to come back to this place. Wouldn't recommend this place for the wings or the service.
